When you choose one option....all the future options change to items like what you chose and you are stuck trying to to get it to something else. An hour and a half later and nausea from scrolling so much after you choose your 3...it gives you $40 more minimum to get and get 100% immediate reimbursement. You obviously aren't given options that make that possible so you say what the heck...a few bucks for this all won't hurt. Then you get to checkout and the have labels and word things over all of pricing and all of the checkout info, that you can't get around so you can't see why you were charged $57. And you try to figure out where they get it from and no matter what they do you can't see it all. You only get option to pay. So after 2 full hours of scrolling and thinking what a great start to giving temu a chance after hearing so many bad things and it's all a scam and a lie. If a company says it's free and free shipping....why is it over $50+?? And why cant you see all of the pricing and discounts and charges properly? It's a trap...just be up front and honest and that's how you get repeat customers. If they just would have followed through with one offer I would for sure have been shopping more....but I was signing up not for free stuff...I was just gonna give them a try without all fo that....and they blew it!”

Marketing behavior that they do and they go around about another way to market stuff to you. The pictures aren't true to the description for the most part. And they say you win something, but you have to buy it. To be qualified for there are so-called free picks. Then we go in and try to track your package. Then that's when they attack you. You won this picket for free. But you got 9 minutes to do it in. Yeah, it's a scam and I have notified my banking institution about them. And I will not buy anything from them at all.I've dealt with sheen and I've never had any problem with them.But I understand that they are 2 sister companies.But it needs to be some serious regulations done on them that is temu. Also, if you put stuff in your car that doesn't mean that you want to purchase it, then, when you enter your credit card information, they take the option away for you. Tnot save your card on file. So when you go in your car or you ask something to your cart, then all of a sudden, a flash, they're processing a payment. What? Then they turn around until you processing approve. I'm returning mostly everything that I've bought from them. Because they're quality of stuff. Really sucks to me and I will not be doing any further business with these people.”

I didn’t buy anything expensive and I am so glad. First the products are cheaply made and I would never spend more than $7 canadian for anything. Things with moving parts do not turn on. Hair clips and bits of cloth (not clothes) are fine. I tried to add a photo of a heel scrubber I bought. It is easier to use a pumice stone.”
