“I was going to try Temu the offer to get a 3 pack of pants for free, no shipping and 5 additional gifts free. First the additional gifts had to be chosen from promo stuff like cheap jewelry and items that you don't want. After the 6 items were chosen it wouldn't allow me to check out until I ordered $60 in other items. After ordering a couple other items it took me to check out but the final check out had erased the 3 pack of pants which the only thing I wanted to begin with. I un-installed the app.”
“Temu products are super cheap it is disgusting that the Temu YouTube ad says "shop like a billionaire." ??? I believe Temu is selling like a billionaire at the expense of consumers. The value of every single product is not even worth a dollar each. I've only ordered from Temu once, but I disputed the charges with my bank because the products were terribly fragile or cheaply made some arrived broken. Mailing defective items does not deserve any respect. If Temu thought that I would call them to dispute wrong! I will NEVER waste my time on Temu after this review.”
“Don't waste time or effort because in the end you're going to spend more money than just going through Walmart or Amazon, and that isn't much better. They keep you spending by offering credits for delivery delays, broken items and missing items then you have to use those credits but have a minimum purchase amount or pay shipping. Plus shipping from local is even more of an issue and costs. Again, save yourself the headaches.”
“Bought a few items from them one was fantastic everything else very poor quality poorly made and not worth anything but get annoyed with the marketing tell me I have won some free products yet never received them whole site is a scam to keep you spending with lots of gimmicks but nothing is real”
“Terrible company who delivered several orders late yet never received the compensation they promised for late orders and every time enquired they kept saying would look into it and when chased up they again wanted details of orders enquiring about.
After 2 weeks gave up and deleted app.”
“I was utterly appalled while scrolling through children's clothing to see numerous young children in quite very age inappropriate outfits, 6 year oldz dressed in skin tight short dresses appropriate for an ADULT who's going clubbing. Cocktail dresses on children should be illegal. Temu should be ashamed for promoting the sexualisaton of innocent minors.”

“Temu sucks on refunds.. I bought 12 items on temu thru a certain merchandiser.. temu is totally automated.. tried to do a refund.. 2-4 business days before it's even reviewed.. Christmas is almost here.. the company I got it from was quick to answer me n give a refund.. but they said they need me to cancel my refund with temu so they can start theyre refund..let's see how quick temu is to cancel my cancel of refund.. not cool of temu.. never had a problem.. but a refund is apparently a big problem for them”
“The worst experience ever.ordered a cat tree and never received it. Said I couldn’t get a refund because of proof of delivery and the photo for proof wasn’t even my house. Told me to contact the provider which I tried to but they have no customer service just a AI chat that takes over 4 hours to respond will not be buying from there again this is the second time I’ve had a problem”
“This was the worst experience I've ever had. The quality of the products was very poor, and the packaging they send is low-quality. Yet, they expect returns to be in perfect condition. I requested a refund to my original payment method, but they issued it as TEMU credit instead. I’m extremely frustrated with this purchase.

“temu offer you free gifts with a free spin of a wheel, but when you pick out the gift then they make you buy more gift to get the free ones, but you never get the free gifts because you have to keep buying more and more to get the free ones until you just give up and by that time you have already paid for the extra gifts and never get the free ones”
