“Ordered a sofa, a safe and a few other items, before checking out I changed my shipping address, it only changed it for my small items and kept my two large items to be delivered to my parents address. I texted and then asked them to call me... Long story short they said I couldn't change the shipping address the order was already being processed, I'd have to cancel my order and reorder. No one could give me a reason as to why my two large items weren't included in my address change along with my smaller items which all ways placed on the same order and requested for the address change at the same time. Now my sofa and safe will be delivered to my parents house and I'll have to rent a truck and find and pay people to help me move it. #I don't have friends and only my elderly parents so good luck to me! This is going to be such a inconvenience and cost me more, I should've never ordered those items from them and should've just ordered from Wayfair or Amazon. BTW .. they offered me nothing but a raggedy ass apology that means nothing to me.”
