“I have placed five orders with this company that I paid for twenty two days ago. All of my orders are seven days or more outside the delivery window that they gave me. Additionally, as of today, all of the orders have been five days with no tracking updates. I have contacted. Their customer service multiple times over the issue and all that I am told is to continue to give them twenty four hours to investigate the situation. “I accidentally ordered 2 of the same product. I sent one back and never received the 2nd one. I texted with their customer service over and over, always getting the same result. I was promised temu credit, which was fine, but I never received it.
Their customer service never reads the prior notes, so you have to repeat it over and over AND OVER again. After placing several orders with them, I'm not going to anymore. At least with Amazon, yes you pay more, but they stand by their refund policy. Temu is a terrible com0any to deal with.”
“I have purchased many craft, jewelery making supplies from Temu. The sellers I've purchased from also seem to have Amazon selling accounts. The prices through Temu are usually 1/3 to 1/2 lower than Amazon. Same brands, same items. The shipping has been fast. I usually receive items in 10 days. Temu by far has the best customer service. I've made over a hundred orders, only had three that had damage/defects. A simple chat, sent picture and was refunded within 5 minutes all times.”
