“Our family had such a good time! We paid the extra for a an animal meet and greet and it did not disappoint! The kids had sooo much fun! The camp site was private and set up beautifully. It had such a pretty view and cows grazed around us as we ate dinner. I wouldn't want to camp any other way!”

“We had to cancel our Memorial Day trip due to a sick child. We were told our refund would be honored. It randomly in July we’ve been charged by Tentrr. It’s hard to speak to an actual person and when I found a number it said the mailbox was full. Hmmm...very frustrating.”

“Compost Toilet is inside the tent. I assume this would be a deal breaker for a lot of people. Otherwise, beautiful pond. Okay location.”

“The only reason I am not giving you 5 stars is that I think your website and text messages needs some polishing. (Maybe I am just being a bit strict as I am web developer myself). One of your text messages contained html (a p tag) and there are various places on your website that can be stylistically improved with very little effort. Also, your Favorites functionality doesn't work. If you have the capacity, your presence could really get a boost should you have an app in available, especially for when people need to be able to access info offline in areas with low cellphone coverage. You have an awesome opportunity as a company, especially in the current context of social distancing and I feel you could probably make a huge impact if your web presence has most of it's imperfections buffed out :) I loved using your service and definitely will do so again A.S.A.P.
