“Ordered a ground conversion kit for Flite + in sept 22. Paid for it and received an email advising delivery April 23. Stock showed healthy for UK but clearly wasn’t. Customer support excuse was that it is a worldwide site. That just doesn’t cut it for me. There should be the mechanism to prevent ordering out of stock per country. Now Oct 10 and still showing UK stock. Caveat emptor”

HI Rob, Thank you for your feedback. Yes we did try to explain that our site is worldwide and there has been an issue which our developers are investigating and trying to resolve asap. As soon as you made the order we contacted you to explain there has been an issue and provided you with some options. You came back to us today asking for a full refund which we have processed and provided confirmation of this, if we have missed anything please contact us so we can resolve.

“My Trillium XL has quite literally elevated our park game. My friends and I are taking "hanging in the park" to all new heights. No more sitting in the wet lumpy grass, searching for a comfortable way to enjoy the park views. Now, we lounge comfortably beneath the tree canopy, safe from the hot Colorado sun, surveying the land like kings and queens of the sky. Peasant passersby look up at us in awe and wonder, green with envy. "What?! How?! Where can I get one?!" they ask... "Tentsile!" we proclaim, "...but these trees belong to us!"”

“I love my Safari XL, I get to literally hang out with my friends and the dogs up in the trees. The hammock is super durable and comfy and it’s easier to put up and take down than one would think. Extremely happy with my purchase.”

“Took my Tentsile UNO into the Sawtooth Mountains in Idaho for 4 days. We had sunshine, rain & snow, but I had the best sleep ever on a backpacking trip. To save weight, I replaced the webhook and rachet with a carabiner pulley system which worked great. This was my 3rd hammock-based sleep system and by far the best to date.”

“Hey tentsile! Got a great deal on a pre loved ("used") stingray 3.0 Shipping confirmation was a bit slow but a chat with the support cleared things up very fast. Shipping itself was pretty quick. Tent arrived almost like new | 1-2 stitches (repairs) in the insect mesh wich are almost not noticeable if you are not looking for them but other than that perfect condition! After watching the setup video on YouTube its pretty easy to put it up between trees. It is very comfortable and you have more than enough space to lay with 3 people while big gear can be stored in the nets below and smaller things on the inside in the mesh pocketon each corner. About the material quality: it is very robust so you feel very safe being suspended from the ground and easy to clean after an adventure in the trees. Big plus is that the tent bag is big and spacious so you are able to put everything back easily. Can't wait to experience the upcoming adventures with the stingray! Tip: not always are the trees in a perfect setup configuration - I was still able to put the stingray up by varying the strap length or go from a different angle of the tree. Little question for you @tentsile: in the version 3.0 the protective mesh strip got added to the front door. But why not to the 2 new side doors? (People will be going in and out of the too)”

“All I can say is wow what a amazing tent I live in western mass and went camping few days ago temperatures was low 40’s put tent in storm mode and was fine with just a sleeping bag. When ordering the tent the lady Liz was wonderful to deal with very professional and knowledgeable thank you so much. Sincerely. James martin”

“I love brands that not only make stellar products, but also have strive to make a difference in the world. Tentsile does both! Their tents, especially their famous tree tents, are some of the best on the market! On top of that they also plant 20 trees for each product sold, and as an avid outdoorsman, I admire this initiative! Can’t recommend this brand enough!”

“I love my Tentsile. Coolest tent I’ve ever owned. Stoked to have the ground conversion kit to use it where there aren’t enough trees in the right position to set up, without risking damage to the base of the tent. The site is easy to navigate and placing an order was a breeze. My order arrived really swiftly too, within a week or so post ordering.”

“I first bought a Tentsile tent a few years ago(the Flite to be exact). I LOVED IT! So I finally decided to upgrade & go bigger! I absolutely LOVE my Stingray stack! A couple friends & I had a GREAT night of sleep right next to a lake! For anyone that has back issues or anything like that! I highly recommend getting yourself a Tentsile tent. I love camping & now I can go without having to sleep on the cold hard ground!”

“Well what can I say, I have personally bought 4 tentsile hammocks. So obviously I like them. The reason for the 4 star is they've undoubtedly gotten more expensive from the first time I purchased and the ship times have always been exorbitant. The reason I've purchased so many is I enjoy them as a backyard hangout and thus leave them up until the break. Amended to a 5 star review! I just ordered my 5th order from them and it came in really fast, like Amazon fast. So I appreciate them expanding there logistics reach! Kudos to them”
