"Had a claim for change of locks and keys refused because my son (who does not live with us now) was in possession of a key when he was burgled and it was taken along with many of his personal belongings . So I thought changing our locks would be prudent and Tesco would agree. However the claim was refused and I was told that if I did not change my locks at my expense that they may refuse cover going forward.\r\nTesco home insurance was by far the cheapest and perhaps I should have read the policy word by word, but who does and in the grand scheme of things, they haven't done anything wrong. They were the cheapest and perhaps I will not be so cost driven next renewal ."

Incompetent Clowns Because of raising interest rates I transferred money from my current ISA provider to Tesco Bank, after nearly a month of holding my ISA nothing showed up on my account, after numerous phone calls letters and emails they claim that they do not have my money. My current provider has transferred my ISA to them and this can be proven so I am moving away from Tesco Bank they are nothing but incompetent Clowns Date of experience: 09 September 2023

I have a fixed term ISA with Tesco Bank £15000 i asked them to close my account. They said NO... I have mental health issues. Clinical depression. And for the first time in over 20 years I'm expecting suicidal thoughts. Thanks Tesco Bank!!!

tesco is a greedy company thats what went wrong your all about money i would not recomend your company to any one you robbed me steven roberts

What can I say absolutely disgraceful company, got a 0% transfer balance card had it for around 12 months paid every payment early!!! one month never got my bill reminder off tesco app so was a few days late on which I paid double payment and what do you know they cancelled my 0% interest????? in this current financial crisis I was late as there system never sent me my statement! no common sense they never admited there statement never got sent also never informed me via there app or email but sent letters that took 2 weeks to get to me for the extra interest,, prior to that I paid every payment early for all the other months, i just transferred my balance to another provider and got a better deal, also i went to cancel my card but had to print a form off there site fill it in then scan it and email it to them on which 3 days gone but no reply?? I have had cards i have had in the past were i have simply cancelled on the app and within a day its all done it does show how backward this organisation is, tesco bank are not a good organisation and there is a lot better out there i would say they are very underhanded in the way they do things. Be careful with them.

I was contacted by a member of staff to sort out payments that had been made to my account which i did not remember making the transactions. But also that someone was trying to take out a subscription to a company that i had never heard of. Thank goodness they were able to assist me. Spoke with me for over an hour which is more than anyone as ever done. Could never get in touch.

"Phoned re adding hubby's new hearing aids to our home insurance. Was given a quote but was then told that our existing insurance would cover the cost of one hearing aid being lost or repaired, so no need to take out additional cover. Hopefully he wont lose both! Thank you Tesco Insurance"
