With your Tesco credit card I can combine it as my clubcard and get more points. Especially good value with buying fuel at Tesco, and extra value while I have been doing driving jobs for the last 3 years or so. I also used a good balance transfer offer with the Tesco card. Very good and efficient operation with points schemes, vouchers and other offers making having and using a Tesco credit card quite worthwhile, by around 2 per cent.

Switched to Tesco and saved a generous amount of cash. Had been with car insurance for a number of years and also held a credit card so was used to their paperwork and way of working.

Trust me say well away from car insurance. Worst company ever! Had a accident not my fault, they went well out their way to find something and next thing my policy cancelled! Asked for money I've been paying and it's still a no.

Pet insurance is very good, only fault is that I had to leave and renew my policy at the end of the year because for no apparent reason it goes up even if you haven't claimed.

I'm disappointed and annoyed by the quality of service from Tesco. firstly advised to admit it was my fault that tge other car drive into me then 3 days after incident noone is telling me whats happening witj my car no courtesy car received yet and i have lost income for the past 2 days going into my 3rd day contacted both repairer and Tesco noone seems to have tge answer. Considering i have a business insurance surely Tesco should know that i need the car to earn a living.Been with Tesco for 3 years certainly loyalty not worth it..

Tesco seem to beat my insurance renewal prices time and time again I’ve never had to claim so I can’t say how they are if you need to claim, so far I’m very happy with them.

We have phoned up twice in three years to check if some minor damage was covered by the insurance. The damage was not covered and we never made a claim. Image our surprise when we get a phone call from Tesco's to tell us we are statistically a greater risk and for the 8 months remaining on our policy we have to pay an extra 20%. This means we lost our no claims bonus for enquiring about minor damage. A complete scam.

Do i have to give it a star... Never missed a payment in 2 years until 6 days ago due to mistake when changing my Direct debit. All promotional offers revoked like 0% interest which i have complained about. So i have tried to sort mistake within a week but still they say no. Just told that my complaint will take 14 days for the complaints team to get back to me..... One sided? Tesco do not treat customers in good faith. Cheap offers for a reason. Be careful

I had to cancel my car insurance with Tesco bank because I found a cheaper insurer for my new car. I call Tesco Bank Customer Service team who took my details and cancel my car insurance just like that with no hard sell of other products and I received my confirmation email straight away.

Faster payment only work if you do them early in the day. If , like me you send a faster payment to another Tesco account in the evening it does not transfer until after midnight the following day. That ain’t a faster payment. Makes no sense according to the customer service person if I’d dine the transfer this morning rather that last night it would have been there by now. That makes no sense whatsoever. Are they really a bank I often wonder. Be interesting to see where they are in a years time
