“Lorraine on customer service /lotto etc so friendly & helpful every time I go in Tesco she cheers me up , as a customer you have no idea how special that is . she’s a credit to big Tesco Marton Blackpool”

“Navigating through this website is worse than 3g, So slow! So I eventually tally upy shipping to £24. 84 hence £5 for delivery - so I thought! Only to be told for 'baskets' under £40, that would cost me an additional £4! So nearly a tenna for a £20 shop? Not thankyou. I'll be taking other reviewers advice and trying Asda instead. Disgusting charges Tesco. What a waste of an hour!”

“I was in tesco West Bromwich to check my scratch card. Got a win of £10. She give £5. I know she was stealing my £5. This happened to day before 01pm. Shouldn't happened to anyone. Check the cctv.”

“I'm giving 5 stars to two employees in Tesco's Ebbwvale South Wales. These young men work with cages stock to shelves/warehouse to store and are in different areas allways seem to be working hard when I go shopping, they also are happy to help with products and go check if something is available if not on shelf ( due in on delivery or out of stock ) they are two of the nicest fellas ever and all I know is names are Steve and Antony. I also really like a lady on self service tills called carol she's older but is also friendly and helpful . Tesco ebbwvale I have to say has many people I think are amazing even the security man Keith is a diamond. That's why I shop there.”

“I go shopping with a pack back on my back and use it to put all my frozen items in, I did my shopping ans used the self service tills as usual i had a bottle of beer in my back pack so they've said I've stole it, I hadn't I don't steel it really up set me, that they accused me of stealing, anyway that was that so I went in afew weeks later so I thought are leave my bag with a tesco employee I then went to do my shopping I've got to the self service check out and my bags gone so I said Where's my bag he said, ho it was dangerous where it was, although we had agreed I could leave it there and it was out the way and safe but other staff had taken it and rooted through it, there was 3 bottles in it from a 4 pack of bottled corona to which they accused me of stealing again I said where I purchased them, they found out they was brought else where, no apology or anything near, it's discusting how they've treated me, they can follow me, watch me till the cows come home, it's the fact they've accused me of stealing, it's really up set me. No apology or anything once they realised I hadn't stole from there. They was horrible, we're watching you I got, discusting, horrible, it's really destroyed my head how they treated me. I don't pinch, they had a BAD ATTITUDE, NO APOLOGY, IT'S REALLY UPSET ME”

“Bold st hale cheshire.750pm Driver deliberately parked So no one could pass whilst he delivered.cars stopped both sides Q 10 minites plus he did not care his response was oh i am sorry.when asked why he didnt park more appropiately as he eventually and easily di to leave...oh i apologise with a smug smile he fid not give any concern.to anyone else. I wont b using this service but no one cares”

“Disgraceful company who can't fulfill online orders despite taking money, showing stock,arranging a date and time of collection,then when the customer turns up in good faith as I did today after a 10 mile round trip,turn round and tell me they can't fulfill or honour the order because they have no stock!!!! I'd also queued ages with panic buying petrol idiots who blocked all access points to the store! What a shamble Tesco have become. I just hope I get my money back. Checked the order status online on Tesco's website and it says it's collected lol. Shambles. Do not order anything online from these cowboys.”

“No trolleys whatsoever in trolly bays no baskets in the basket holder had to go to checkout to get a basket the clothing dept was a mess clothes all over the floor very disorganised and tge queues were a nightmare this was at Sunderland branch on Newcastle Road on Sunday 26th September at approx 11.30am”

In the morning her smile cann bribg a big difference to many. By the way, Tesco main website is hohopeless . Pls check why it is not loading smoothly . Thanks”

“I began using the grocery delivery during the height of the pandemic and always found every driver helpful and friendly. Yes there have to be substitutions on occasion and recently there seems to have been a shortage of some things but that is not just Tesco. Yes sometimes they are a little late but they always notify by text and you can always get an update on timings on the website. Very rarely do they go over the allocated time slot. The last 6 weeks the road where I live has been out of action due to a complete resurfacing. This has meant that access has been a nightmare especially if you dont know the area. However there has not been a break in my delivery. The drivers have found a way to get to me even if it meant trundling the trolley from some distance away. I would like to praise them to the skies as they could easily have given up. Customer service has been above and beyond expectations. ( Even the local authority refuse collectors abandoned us!!) I will be continuing with my home deliveries and would not hesitate to recommend Tesco home deliveries.”
