“I’ve ordered on line 3times now, and eveytime I’ve ordered things quite a few things never arrived. They don’t let you know it’s just not arrived, surely that’s what stock taking and computerised stock levels are about? Why can’t online shopping just not update? If it’s on there you order it, you don’t keep checking everything’s in my basket. I was COVID positive so self isolating, so I was left without meat for dinners + other things not arrived (meat free oxo, Swiss cheese no suet, my friend got some same day!). That’s the last time I order on line I’m off to Sainsbury’s. Mine was click n collect so can’t rate in the boxes below!!!”

“Face masks are now mandatory. Not in Tesco Brooklands ! Several young person's walk past Security guards without facecovering and carry on shopping without challenge. Risky store !!!”

“Tesco sent me two slow cooked lamb leg joints as the lamb shanks were unavailable. Don't bother buying these. There was a tiny piece of lamb and a couple of carrots in the sauce. The lamb is so small the cooking times given on the box are way too much and my tiny little lamb was cooked solid. Dreadful new product.”

“The customer service staff member Annie, was extremely helpful as I was trying to download the Tesco app, and having trouble as I was trying to activate this and Annie went out of her way to rectify the matter and didn't give up. This gave me the confidence to carry on using the app. I would like to thank her for all her help”

“Tesco quedgeley ladies toilet are disgusting! I do not use this word lightly ! They have wet toilet roll on the ceiling and the smell in there is enough to make you heave! The toilet roll holders are broken and toilet rolls are all over the floor! I know they cannot use bleach ! For whatever reason I do not know but it is beyond me !! The smell from the sinks are bad the door handles have not been wiped it it a Covid haven”

“I shop at Tesco on a regular basis and have a club card but the Christmas advert this year is putting me off using the store again as I feel it is very misleading and not in keeping with the society in which we currently live so other shops are readily available!”
