“Before lockdown I used another supermarket but couldn’t get click and collect there so tried Tesco. I’ve been very pleased with the quality of items, the process of collection is so well organised I don’t even need to get out of my car and the staff are v pleasant (norham Road Tesco). I’m going to stick with Tesco after lockdown”

“Cannot fault Tesco, during this pandemic. They have really considered the vulnerable. Have used them all the time we have been isolated, cannot fault one order. We should appreciate the service these staff have offered. They too, have families who they could be contaminating, whilst making sure we are all fed. Congratulations Tesco”

“After 3 online orders, we have been very pleasantly pleased at how good the system is, and the delivery guys have all been brilliant. The system of notifying the final delivery time on the day is very useful. And the stock levels are good, and we haven't had any missed or wrong items.”

“Tesco craswell street Portsmouth is amazing my grandad went to do some shopping felt poorly in store and the manager kerry looked after him so well got the paramedics out so see him (who gave him a lift home) and also called him today to see if he was feeling any better. You couldn’t ask for anything more. I was so shook up about him being alone and feeling unwell but to know there was someone doing everything they can to help actually made my cry. There are some really descent people thank you so so much”

“Just taken our first delivery by Tesco’s. All items received, brilliant. Left at the door as we are self isolating. The young man who made the delivery was friendly and very courteous, should have asked his name.”

“We had our first ever Tesco home delivery yesterday in Wakefield on 12 the May at 4.30 What a great experience all our items bar one delivered to our door in carriers by a very polite young man ( wish I had asked his name )We are shielding and been living off what we could it was such a nice experience to order what we wanted without the fear of walking round a supermarket. I love the way they keep us informed and give us a very precise sheet to check or delivery with.We had 3 items substituted with adequate replacements .Only downside is we would use this regularly but can't get snore slots . Thank you Tesco for a great service and thank you to the packer everything was fresh and had a long use by date ...”

“Fiona at our Heysham store was lovely she has always been smiling and helpful throughout this difficult COVID19 period. They Heysham store staff have been kind and friendly and organised a good system to get people in and out and the shelves have remained stocked throughout with the essentials. “Today 1st May 20..i had a delivery today a really lovely friendly guy called Garvin delivered my food mask on keeping distance but so respectful and was laughing while there are some not so nice delivery guys it a refreshing change what a nice guy.. I'm actually an OAP so he made my day.. We need. More GARVINS.. PLZ THANK HIM HE DESERVES A PAT ON THE BACK.. ROMFORD ADDRESS”

“CORONA VIRUS JOKE........ SAT 4TH APRIL 2020 12:45 . MAN BEGGING ASKING FOR MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS LINED UP OUTSIDE SHOP. ALL THIS IN FULL VIEW OF THE 'SECURITY' MAN OUTSIDE THE STORE WHO WAS USHERING IN CUSTOMERS. IF THIS WAS NOT ENOUGH OF A HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE THIS 'SECURITY OFFICER' WAS ACTUALLY AND PERIODICALLY ENGAGING IN CONVERSATION WITH THIS MAN SCROUNGING LOOSE CHANGE FROM A DISTANCE OF LESS THAN 1/2 A METRE...... AND GET THIS !! ------- 'SECURITY' GUY EVEN HANDS THE GUY SCROUNGING CASH LOOSE CHANGE. REPORTED TO TESCO SCOTLAND AND THEIR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT. I HAVE LEFT THIS FEEDBACK BECAUSE TESCO COMPLAINTS WERE VERY MATTER OF FACT ABOUT THE WHOLE THING AND GAVE THE IMPRESSION THAT THIS WAS NOT TOO MUCH OF AN ISSUE. AND TESCO - IF YOU DOUBT MY COMPLAINT JUST CHECK YOUR CCTV AT THE AFOREMENTIONED TIME. YOU ALL SEEM TO BE IN A BIT OF A DOZE. WAKE UP THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE !!”

“Thank you Tesco Workers. We felt like we’d won the lottery when our delivery of groceries arrived! Yes there were lots of substitutes but that’s to be expected and they were carefully chosen. We used them all. With a parent with dementia this is even more appreciated. Your team are putting themselves on the line so we can stay safe and we won’t forget it. “We are over 70, one of us is an extremely vulnerable adult and we live off grid in an isolated country area. We experienced our first ever online delivery today and it was superb. The driver was on time and he was especially professional, friendly and helpful. Although we did not get a few of the goods ordered and there were some substitutions, all in all it was a very positive experience. Thank you.”
