“I went to tesco in Victoria Street Hednesford cannock I was looking for a TV and a girl name Sophie was to my rescue how helofull she was so professional the way she went about doing everything possible to help me well done Sophie excellent young assistant 👏👍”

“Dundee extra, off A90. 20.05.21. I have food intolerances, I asked a member of your staff for assistance, wanting rice flour, she was polite and knowledgable, offering suggestions and an alternative. Her name is Rosie. Please pass on my thanks. Credit to your staff.”

“Good afternoon, Thank you very much for your deliveries, every single one as been delivered perfectly. I have to compliment every single one of your delivery driver for their professional attitude, sympathy and patience. I do not know how much you pay your delivery drivers, but I am 100% sure it is not enough. Please provide them a raise, a bonus and also a promotion (and also all of the employers who made sure I had all of my shopping at home). Sincerely, A very happy costumer”

“Delivery driver for my shopping yesterday was amazing. I have a very bad back and wasnt able to easily lift shopping. The lovely young driver said he'd put a mask on and carry it through to my kitchen. Really kind and helpful.”

“I have always been impressed by my local store at Belmont Tesco. Last March they quickly put in social distancing guidelines and cleaning trolley routines. There is always cleaning fluid and hand sanitiser available , the staff are always friendly and constant polite announcements are broadcast to remind customers to be courteous to staff and one another and to follow government guidelines. As far as I am concerned supermarket staff are the forgotten heroes.”

“All your drivers are good,yesterday driver delivered 30.1.21 van 7j/3196 between 1 and 2pm. Extremely polite,friendly,helpful. Well done. A lot of people moan but very rarely comment on good service, about time we do a shout out for these girls and guys. Thank you”

“Just like to say how lovely and helpful the delivery man was this evening. Myself and my son are in isolation. I asked him to just tip and empty the crates in the porch. This is what he did (see picture)....... thank you. What a star you are.”
