Member of staff working at till chewing gum with mouth open. Not the first time this has happened in this store. Made comment to her. No reaction or apology, nor removal of gum. Disgusting that someone dealing with food products can chew gum while working.

Canary wharf management - Dark brown skinned (without prejudice) Friday 15/09 I previously wrote a complaint about his lack of customer centricity and his management style (Hitler) on a separate occasion. On 15/09 He decides to follow me - wants to make his presence felt around me ie approaches me then turns around and walks away. That tantamounts to harrassment. If you cannot take feedback- then you shouldn't be stand in nor store manager. Next time. I will write to CEO.

I am completely in love with the jackets I brought my children for school, but I am appalled by the fact that upon leaving for school my daughter put her hood up and to my surprise there was a security tag, that had to be removed.

Just tried 2 x tesco stores for an item that is on an offer there was none on shelves and in both stores it was a bother to the staff to see if there was any more or when they were back in stock. Poor service thanks Tesco

I bought a blender a month ago, it started smiking so I took it back to the store but did not have a receipt. I was told on an earlier visit that it would be on my clubcard as i had registered it when purchasing. I was told that the barcode had changed on the item so I could not echange it for the smae product and they were offering £3.50 for a £12.00 blender and that they were unable to access my clubcard. I will not buy electrical items from tesco again

The conveyor belts used on the checkout tills are extremely flilthy, including the checkout stands for self serve. At about 7:50 pm today, I asked a cashier called Claire at the Brooklands branch today checkout to clean the dirty conveyor belt before I could proceed to place my food onto it. Claire did not do anything about it whatsoever, one of the members of staff come along and said it would take him 5 minutes to go and fetch the necessary cleaning products-he was very reluctant. He said they do not have the cleaning products at hand on each checkout till because of allergies. I would like to see each and every till cleaned or checked for cleaniless. I would even go as far as making sure that all members of staff handling food-on all till and in the store wash their hands regularly, or wear disposiable rubber gloves-which they should change regularly. I had a memebr of staff on the till, once moisten his fingers with his saliva to open a carrier bad! He even sneeazed into his hands and carried on serving, more so he was coughing and rubbed his runny sose with his hands and still carried on serving me. Is Tesco training its staff on food hygiene standards. I would be very glad to learn that Tesco is addressing this seriously before we have an out break of some sort!!!!

I've always been a "foodie"; either making my own meals from scratch, or willing to try out new product ranges. In both cases I've found that in recent years various ingredients that were once common in Tesco are no longer available, and that the product ranges have remained stagnant over a period of a few years (St.Neots store). I'm sickened by the overwhelming range of pasta, curry and Mexican sauce's which are bye and large non-authentic and mass produced, often leaving a bitter taste. I realise Tesco is a business and needs to make a profit, however the likes of Lidl are able to offer something different on a regular basis ( authentic?; I doubt it, but at least it's a different taste and different choice). Not all of us shopping in the St.Neots branch are impoverished, and would welcome more choice ( BarHill, albeit a larger store, seems to cater for a wider and more diverse range of ethnicity groups). This criticism should not be solely directed to my local Tesco store but also to the other smaller presence of a rival store in the town centre, which also down-sized, and similarly down graded it's products to affordable by people presumably affected by the credit crunch or similar woes.
