Average. Not enough details explaining when I will receive my items.

Was a little disappointed with the lack of products available. There seemed to be a lot of space on the shelves where items should be but were either out of stock or the shelves had not been re-stocked.

They have a large range of products and plenty of delivery slots. On the downside, all slots over the next few days are expensive, and they have been out of stock on some very basic products recently, e.g. salad, yet I can find it in my local outlet the same afternoon.

Tesco supermarket is one of my favourite shops. The employees are very polite and friendly and the price is very acceptable too. I always find what I need and they really try to do their best.

I ordered some earphones and a pajama bottoms from Tesco direct for click and collect from my local Tesco, everything was delivered to the store quick enough but It was once I got there that I really had problems. First off the wait time was PAINFULLY slow like jeez the woman who was serving customer service would constantly be going and coming back so when I first went to the customer service area I was told by the woman doing the '3 items or less' line to do my shopping and come back later which I did do but when I got back to the now newly formed line she was STILL disappearing which just made a short line become a lot longer. Then when she did get to me FINALLY she had forgotten my pajama bottoms and I had the joy of waiting even longer for my items. But all was well because I had a nice little show at the side of me where some African woman blatantly tried to walk out with a handful of items because I assume she thought she was entitled to it. Never did see the end to that show as once I got my items I couldn't wait to get home. I had used up all my 'putting up with other human beings' points I was done for the day XD.

Tesco is fine for in store shopping but on line a different story. Dreadful unuser friendly site. Need to learn lessons from the likes of Amazon. Fast lost the will to live trying to place a simple order. For example I searched for a piece of furniture and it defaults to groceries thus not found. Got there eventually but then paying was another horror story. Phoned customer services as post code not found out it needs to be all in lower case. WHAT? Very poor and inefficient. Come on Tesco. Get your act together. The competition beats you hands down
