I was told a refund for those carrots would be credited and a miserable £3 compensation voucher.

3 items out of date. 24 cans of 7 up, most of them leaking. Why should I take them back for a refund. At least asda don't expect you to do this.

My mother was then told to come back the next day for a refund! This is not satisfactory customer service, especially as this is a pricing error by Tesco.

Supposed to be delivered Sunday not delivered, supposed to be delivered Monday, not delivered,finally delivered Tuesday, still waiting on refund, £140 shop became £90 due to missing items.£132 missing 3-5 days?? Took it out fast enough! Will never use it again.

It was never delivered, I called customer service, they apologized, they refunded the shipping costs and told me that between 3 and 5 days they would refund the amount to my current account.

I should’ve received my delivery on the 4th of January which had a lot of essentials. After way too many phone calls and wasted time, they promised to deliver it later that day. It never came. It now feels like I’m dealing with scammers as I can’t even get a refund at all. I’ve already switched to asda and its been way too difficult to even try and get a refund.

He also apologised profusely for the service I received from Danny and was shocked himself that no refund/compensation was offered aside from a £20 voucher and helped us load our shopping into the car.

They have refunded the overcharge but they only refund when customers check there invoices.

Over 40 years loyalty to Tesco but now find out it's not reciprocated. A TV lasting only just 18 months old has gone faulty and no replacement, no repair no full refund just partial and certainly not enough to buy another similar TV. Does Tesco care? Absolutely not. Couldn't care less. No customer loyalty whatsoever.

The shopping simply did not arrive. No explanation was given. When I asked why it did not arrive, they made false claims over the phone to the effect that the driver had visited the address and was unable to get an answer at the door, even though I had waited by the door all night for them to deliver. It might take up to a week to receive a refund apparently. Avoid this company.
