“Had a Tesco delivery tonight,the driver was spot on time and made a big delivery to the second floor in a matter of minutes ,absolutely no fuss,he was well mannered and smartly dressed,he also wore a mask,really pleased. Thank you. Jim Montgomery”

“Best Service In Galway! Cheery Driver, prompt service, price matched. No return required, received all products. I'm vegan so mines more complicated and after a few deliveries, they know what to switch to if one flavours out if stock. Big fan!”

“I have always found doing a Tesco shop actually in store quite a pleasure anyway but then circumstances changed and we had to have home deliveries instead. So I am delighted to be able to say that I cannot fault this service in any respect - it's punctual, cheerful, careful of your choices and almost always supplies everything you order, and if not they'll put in a thoughtful alternative - often something better for the same price. The increased market share this company now enjoys by virtue of expanding its operations so quickly and unstintingly during Covid is thoroughly deserved. Their prices are good, their range is more than comprehensive and I can honestly say they look after you in every way. This is the way a business should be run and the only improvement I can suggest is that they should become a partnership like John Lewis and give all their staff regular bonus rewards in addition to concessions for their own shopping.”

“since lockdownwe have been having using deliveries originally and now click and collect. Just want to say that the delivery drivers have been really helpful and nice. Now my husband does click and collect at Kinson Bournemouth every Friday or Saturday morning at 8am. He is really impressed with the service and the young man who does the van at that time. He knows my husband now and is really polite and helpful. Well done to him. Thank you.also any problems we have had with any goods on the order the service staff on the phone are really good . we intend to use this service all the time now.”

“I have been really, really surprised today at how kind and helpful my Tesco Delivery has been. Andrew Worral rang us from outside our old house (I had forgotten to update the delivery details) and arranged to meet me so I could still collect my shopping from him. Entirely my fault, but he was very kind and helpful. Even helped me load it into my car. I am very grateful.”

“Excellent service again from Tesco. The products are always in good condition , packed in separate bags according to type, and delivered on time. There is a good choice of products at a reasonable price. We have always found the delivery drivers to be polite, friendly and helpful and tonight’s hard-working driver, Josh, was no exception. We are very impressed with the service provided and will continue to use Tesco.”

“I have never had grocery delivered but having been forced to in this present Pandemic...I am now a complete convert, I have tried 3 but have to say Tesco totally outshines the others. The online system is easy to use, you can easily add items up until late the day before, the delivery drivers are efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and on time. They point out what the bags contain, e.g. Store cupboard, chilled, frozen etc...and point out any substitutes if you opted to accept them, also any short date life...with the option to return ! Cannot fault them well done to all the staff involved you need a clap 👏 👏..Many Thanks..Hereford Customer.”

“We used to shop at Sainsburys but since the lockdown we have been shopping on line. Tesco have proved to be one of the better supermarkets in terms of availability of slots, punctuality, availability of produce. Since Sainsburys consider supplying slot availability a few days ahead whereas Tesco supply them 3 weeks ahead, we have changed to tesco, Sainsburys have now lost about £320 per month from us forever”
