I have had Tesco mobile for some time now but I will be leaving when my contract comes to an end. The Mobile coverage is poor why I live and I am unable to get WiFi calling? This is why I will be leaving. I would not recommend them for that reason. There is no real excuse for them not providing it these days. Especially when they are on the O2 network!!! All other family members network providers offer WiFi calling.

I went to Tesco Chelmsford.I refuse to wear a mask as the goverment can’t produce the (virus) in an isolated form as their is no virus so was told to get out of the shop. Well to make someone wear a mask is a crime against humanity as it’s also known as a form of slavery. I am taking them on in the common law courts. All of these deep state connected companies must be removed off our earth. This is the universe God gave to us to enjoy and prosper and not under tyrant. See you in court

Absolutely appalling service. Driver did not turn up during booked delivery slot (£4.50). Did not even call me. Customer service could not get a hold of driver. CS then called the local store. CS then informed me that local store manager would call me to give me an update. I had a booked slot of 3-4pm. By 6pm, still no call from the driver or local store manager. I’d made my 4th call to CS after 6pm to cancel my order, which was obviously never going to arrive! I hadn’t used online shopping with Tesco’s in several years... this experience reminded why! Never again, no words to express the disgusting service from a well known nationwide store!!!

Have taken payment twice for the second time, Tesco blame the bank when it's their system taking and holding on to the second payment. This has been happening to people since 2019 so it's not a "glitch on the system" that they're "fixing".

Always been very happy with Tesco online ordering and delivery. BUT, trying to order a Finest Meal Deal today is proving impossible as no desserts are available, thus discount for ordering all 4 items cannot be made. Was told on the phone that they check things regularly several times a day and will make changes, butnothing over last 8 hours!!

Customer service is shocking,food is always close to use by date or over.Deliveries are a joke,trays they use are filthy and covered in mouldy fruit and veg.Often charge you twice for same delivery,that's if it is delivered.I could go on but I will never use this company again.Absolute shambles of a company.

I have shopped on line with Tesco every week for the last 12months, we have been in isolation because of Covidvirus for most of this time. A big THANKYOU Tesco Sleaford/Boston you have not let me down once and what you have delivered has been of good quality.

I have always been impressed by my local store at Belmont Tesco. Last March they quickly put in social distancing guidelines and cleaning trolley routines. There is always cleaning fluid and hand sanitiser available , the staff are always friendly and constant polite announcements are broadcast to remind customers to be courteous to staff and one another and to follow government guidelines. As far as I am concerned supermarket staff are the forgotten heroes.

I have just been to my local tesco at West CROMWELL ROAD LONDON SW5 9QS there were ti many people in there no social distancing people not wearing face masks and the queuing to pay is chaos to many families shopping should only allow 1 person per household and one parent families to shop not large families very dissatisfied with tesco lately

Far to expensive to shop at. Farmfoods and Lidl are cheaper than Tesco. Every little helps. Think they need to change that to every little helps Tesco fill there pockets at our expense

All your drivers are good,yesterday driver delivered 30.1.21 van 7j/3196 between 1 and 2pm. Extremely polite,friendly,helpful. Well done. A lot of people moan but very rarely comment on good service, about time we do a shout out for these girls and guys. Thank you

We have relied on Tesco Delivery during Lockdown. All the delivery drivers are really courteous, cheery, helpful. All our deliveries have been on time. can't thank them enough.

Just like to say how lovely and helpful the delivery man was this evening. Myself and my son are in isolation. I asked him to just tip and empty the crates in the porch. This is what he did (see picture)....... thank you. What a star you are.

I've shoped at tesco for over 14 years. But I don't have a club card. But recently I'm punished cos I have to pay more for my shopping now they have club card savings. I don't want a club card. I'm very disappointed. I went to morrisons over Christmas and bought all my shopping from them as I'm penalised at tesco cos I don't want a club card. From now on I will do all my shopping at morrisons. 14 years at tesco that's loyalty and no rewards thanks tesco. Hello morrisons.

We shop at the Chorley store but just lately very disappointed at the amount of people not wearing masks even though there is a sign saying no mask no entry plus the checkout person was not wearing one
