“Purchased the 2025 model Y back in October. Not only that it is such a bumpy ride. You would think it would be smooth, it’s not a cheap car. Less than a month the computer goes out. I couldn’t even take advantage of the full self driving feature (30 day trial) because the cameras are completely OUT. I was told that this has been happening to the new cars. My repair was supposed to happen Dec 20, but then I received a message stating that the part hasn’t arrived and my repair date has been scheduled for the end of Jan 2025. So that’s 2 months with NO WORKING CAMERAS AND NO GPS. They didn’t offer a loaner or anything. I ask if they would give me some kind of incentive for the inconvenience, but unfortunately they do not. I was going to switch all my car out for electric. But it will not be Tesla🙄”
