After calling them they said I needed to send proof of postage! Does. It make sense, when they sent me an email confirm they received them.. any excuse to to return my money ”

“ Absolutely disgusting service from Tessuti, never will I be purchasing from this company again. I placed an order for trainers, my order arrived but only the box, no trainers! I took pictures and sent these to customer service as there was no phone number for me to speak to a human. A investigation was carried out however, the response I received was ‘your order has been delivered successfully, so we can’t do anything’ yes the box arrived but no trainers! They are not issuing me a refund and have caused me so much stress as the trainers I ordered were £200!! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! ”
