“Had an email telling me about some duvet sets in the sale. Ordered 10 x double and 10 x single sets and paid on ordering. A few days later I get an email saying the single sets were not in stock and I could have a refund or choose something else. So I went back on the website to see what alternatives they had and made a choice. However, I was a little disappointed to see my original choice showing as "still available". Communication was okay but not brilliant.”
Hi Gary to hear of your troubles, the issue was with our supplier who had labelled boxes incorrectly. The web site has been updated accordingly.

“Found the site very easy to use. Items arrived very quickly and are true to description. Only issue is that I was charged for delivery when I should not have been. 6 items purchased or more means free standard delivery. I sent an email to customer service, and received a quick reply to say tha. I will be refunded the charge, however this is yet to be applied to the account.”
Hi Rebecca, sorry for the confusion we had a small issue with the site on this day. Your refund was processed on Friday 14th and should appear in your bank to today or tomorrow. Any problems please call our customer service department who will be happy to help.
