“Good value all round. I go through lots of single fitted sheet as my dog likes to lie on the bed in my spare room during the day and she moults such a lot. I wouldn.t dare run the sheets through the washing machine as they look like angora by the time she's finished with them so have to put new ones on every 2 or 3 weeks and they are such a good deal at Textiles Direct. Also great that I can purchase fitted sheets for the 4ft bed in the other spare room. Plus good value dog beds. I am a very satisfied customer.”
“The stitching is very poor and in 3 places missing. Because I needed the valance sheet as I had visitors in my newly decorated bedroom I had to sew all spaces where the frill attaches, one space 3ins long. I have telephoned your office 3 times but have not received any response. Your lack of interest in your customers is appalling. Therefore I require you to refund my payment of £24. 93p”
“The blackout curtains arrived quickly and were as descibed however they were not as effective as I hoped. It was nearly light enough to read by when the curtains were shut in daylight.”
“Was sent completely the wrong item , when I checked the website the item I had ordered was now showing as out of stock ! So I don't know if I was sent a random alternative ! No-one answers the phone , left 2 messages , emailed and then eventually got a reply , was sent a prepaid label, I sent the return on the wednesday , they received it friday , I then had to email several times to chase the refund , finally refund the wednesday after . Not impressed !! Won't be ordering again !”

“Although the order arrived on time, the goods delivered were not the right size. I contacted customer service by e-mail and, although there was a delay in responding, Sarah in customer service resolved the issue very efficiently and I now have what I ordered, a few days late but at no additional cost. I would use this company again so long as they retain someone like Sarah in Customer Service”
