“one of the items I ordered did not arrive, I tried emailing the customer service address provided and a week later when there was no response I tried calling the customer service number with no answer, not impressed!!”

It would of been nice if the pillow cases were to match the plank sheet!

“I ordered the bedding on 3rd December by 15th Dec it had not arrived I phoned
spoke to one of your people who said it would be despatched that day I
waited until 21st Dec? still not arrived so I phoned again only to be told that the
bedding was out of stock and not available and I should never have been told that
was going to be despatched in the first place the person I spoke said they would cancel the order and send a full refund of which I am still waiting for”
“Items were gifts and deviled not to me. Free P&P came in about 3 or 4 days. One item not in stock, credit card refunded no problem, One item missing, I email and item came next morning :). I have bought from textiles direct before and will again. Good prices and most important something was wrong with order and it was sorted straight away, even with Christmas only days away. I can't comment of products but my mum was happy with with them. Would like to put ***** Very Good as they sorted out missing item and sent it next day delivery for free when I was expecting them to just say not in stock and refund.”
