We are sorry that the colour did not match to your needs, we always advise customers that the colours in the pictures will always be little bit lighter than the item itself due to the lighting from the photography. However customers are more than welcome to return items for a refund providing that it is in the original packaging as brand new as it came and the invoice filled out so we know why it has come back to us.

“I was very disappointed with the Cream duvet set I purchased. It's 3 inches too big all the way round, causing the cover to move constantly.. The fabric was snagged in a couple of places however it was concealed in the ruffles of the pattern. The button holes were poorly made - as I unbuttoned the opening every button hole had snagged.. Because I've washed it & have no original packaging I can not send it back. I have a plan to now take the 3 inches in from each side (on my sewing machine) in an attempt to stop it from moving. Fingers crossed this will work. The single "Do not disturb" duvet set was also too big in length but of better quality. I will also attempt to make it smaller on my sewing machine.”
