“Blerim was an absolutely fantastic instructor. He was calm, patient and very supportive. He will always answer your questions with honesty and in a constructive manner so that you never feel pressured if you make a mistake or ask for clarification. On top of that, his car is new, clean and comfortable making each practice session a comfortable one. I could not recommend him enough. Thank you, Blerim, for helping me pass first time!”

“Blerim Trnava is an excellent instructor. He truly wants what’s best for his students. I was learning automatic and hadn’t driven a car in over 15 years. From the first lesson, Blerim encouraged me to approach driving with confidence and provided feedback where needed. In total I had 7 lessons (2 hours each) and passed my test first time. If you’re looking for a driving instructor who creates a relaxed but professional environment to learn, I can’t recommend Blerim highly enough.”

“John is a fantastic driving instructor! He is very patient while making things simple and easy to understand. He never got frustrated when I made mistakes or had questions but turned them into learning experiences. From the first lesson, John made sure I was comfortable and confident behind the wheel while making sure I drove safely and was improving in every lesson. By far the best instructor I’ve had, I would highly recommend John!”

“I passed my driving test today and couldn't have done it without my amazing instructor! From the very first lesson, Freddie was calm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, gave me loads of confidence behind the wheel, and always made sure I understood what I needed to work on. Thanks to his guidance, I felt fully prepared for my test and passed with confidence. If you're looking for a supportive, professional, and friendly instructor, I couldn't recommend him more.”

“Thank you so much Mr. Blerim Trnava! I passed my driving test and couldn’t be happier with the experience I had learning with Mr. Blerim Trnava. He was incredibly polite, professional, and patient throughout every lesson. His teaching style made me feel confident and well-prepared, and his calm approach really helped ease any nerves. “I began to drive with Instructor Sudhir Desai... he is a gem of a person. Very hard to find such a good driving teacher... I had done 3-4 lessons with other instructors(not from AA), they just casually gave up on me. But Sudhir Sir put in all his efforts and taught driving like his own daughter... THANK YOU VERY MUCH SIR I managed to pass my driving test because of him”

“Raj (KUMAR) He is absolutely professional, patient and ensures to fine tune your areas of weaknesses. I have been lucky to have him as my instructor and thankful to him for transforming me into a confident driver on the road. I have passed my exam with him and truly enjoyed entire experience of learning.I recommend him to all those Who wants to pass the test and to be a better driver on the Road.”

“I had an amazing experience with Freddie Asare in South London. I passed first time with one minor and Freddie has been so helpful throughout my driving journey. He's patient and informative as well as very good at explaining concepts. He teaches how to drive to a very high standard- far above and beyond what the DVSA require. He focuses on teaching driving as a skill for life not just for the test. Freddie was great at adapting the lessons to address all of my weaker points and was very detailed in making sure that I drove faultlessly, which is reflected in the results of his drivers. I would definitely recommend!”

“Freddie Asare was an absolutely amazing instructor, and I’d 100% recommend him to anyone learning to drive!. When I first started learning to drive, I had zero confidence and was super anxious on the roads but Freddie was so calm, patient and encouraging. He really helped me build up my confidence and made learning to drive feel so much less scary. Thanks to him, I didn’t just pass my test but I passed with 0 minors, which still feels unreal to me!. I genuinely don’t think I could’ve done it without him.”

“Summary of Complaint – John David Burbidge vs. AA Driving Instructor Gareth Farrell (ADI No. 102155) Complaint Reference: 2010/00272 On 28 March 2020, John Burbidge had a prepaid driving lesson scheduled with AA Driving School instructor Gareth Farrell, at a cost of £60. A confirmation message from the AA the day before indicated the lesson would proceed as planned. However, no communication was made by the instructor or the AA to cancel or postpone the session in advance. The lesson was later marked as "on hold" due to COVID-19. Following this, John was informed the lesson had been cancelled due to the pandemic, but the instructor had already claimed payment for the undelivered service. Gareth Farrell stated he attempted to contact John to verify whether he was a key worker—a claim refuted by John’s submitted call and text logs, which showed no such contact occurred. When a refund was initially refused, the matter was escalated. John submitted a formal complaint to the DVSA, alleging fraudulent conduct and a breach of the AA’s own terms and conditions, which require instructors to provide 48 hours' notice for cancellations. With John's written permission, the DVSA contacted Gareth Farrell for a response. In reply, Gareth asserted that the responsibility was on the student to provide documentation 48 hours in advance to prove eligibility for lessons during lockdown—despite the legal change only taking effect 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson, making such advance notice impossible. John’s evidence showed he was not contacted and thus could not comply with this condition. Although Gareth Farrell maintained that retaining the funds was justified, the AA ultimately refunded John’s payment, acknowledging the breach of terms. The DVSA concluded they would not take the matter further but confirmed a record of the complaint would be retained on file for two years. While the payment was eventually returned, the situation raises concerns about the conduct and integrity of the instructor, as well as the handling of such issues at an instructor and company level resulting in distress and several weeks spend in resolution. No compensation was offered by AA for inconvenience.”

“Driving instructor (Wayne Heery) was always late anywhere from 45mins to an hour and half late every time. Lied to me saying it was AAs fault but turns out AA have nothing to do with time. Was always making me take unwanted breaks so he could go on his phone and making inappropriate comments”
