“AA Driving School has been amazing. Although the lessons can be expensive, it is definitely worth it. My driving instructor Raj had the best teaching technique, encouraging me and making me feel more confident in my driving. Thanks to him, I passed my test first time round.”

“Money driven, thats all Mr AA instructor cared about. Don't say "you're not ready for the test" without putting in the effort to make me ready for the test. I took additional lessons with a local, independent instructor and passed, because they put the effort in. The best part was mr AA turned up to a lesson after my test (which i cancelled but he still turned up), i told him i had passed, his bitter face and reponse of amumbled "okay" before driving off was the icing and cherry on the cake.”

“Mitchel Ford in Tamworth is the worst. We finished 15 min early all the time, no patience of compassion. Stopping the car all the time so he can say same things all over again On my first lesson with my new driving instructor I practised more than I did with him in 10 hours.”

“Paul sangha cringe instructor go’s on his phone during lessons and has no proper techniques and gives no refrence points and finishes lessons 15 minutes early when he charges double what other aa instructors charge not a good instructor he doesnt know what hes talking about and knows nothing about driving”

“The AA driving school was the best driving school with my instructor Raj. He is a very patient and calm person. He gives clear instructions and teaches You well. I learnt something new with every lesson. He also took the preparation for the test seriously and made sure I was 100% ready and I passed first time. Raj is a very good instructor and I would recommend him highly.”

“AA DRIVING SCHOOL best school to start with. I had a brilliant experience learning to drive with my driving instructor RAJ. More importantly he gave me the necessary confidence to drive. Also making me feel super comfortable and always listening. I Would highly recommend Raj to others.”

“I don’t normally do reviews but Kaj is a very good instructor. He will make you the best and safest driver on the roads. Today I Passed my test with 0 minors and honestly I could not recommend him enough. Thank you”

“I had refresher lessons with Faisal after not driving for years ahead of my baby being born. He was a big help in restoring my driving confidence in a short period of time. Each lesson was tailored to my needs and gave me actionable tips that I will use going forward when I drive solo.”

“I had Faisal as a driving instructor. Brilliant! He was very attentive, supportive, and accommodating. I had my first lesson 2 weeks before my exam, and Faisal was able to work his schedule around to accommodate enough lessons for me.”

“I had the best chance to be instructed by Mr. Martins Ogbeide at the AA. He was very precise, well organised, helpful and fully supportive. The driving lessons with Martins were very informative, interesting and part of fun as well. He covered everything related to the DVSA guidelines and he kept a special eye on my driving attitude to confirm being both safe and legal on the road. Today, I passed my practical driving test with full confidence for the first time. I'm eternally grateful to you Martins for making this happened easily. I would definitely recommend taking driving lessons with this gentleman. Thank you.”

“Had 2 instructors that would cancel with impunity, any time window before a lesson they liked. Both would make full use of the 48 hour student cancellation window that the AA provides however, your time is worthless and theirs is worth 100% of the overpriced £35/h they charge. Their customer service is absolutely shocking, prices are extortionate and availability is non-existent. Maybe it's just that the profession of 'driving instructor' only attracts braindead washouts with only one skill? F!ck the AA”

“My driving instructor was Ayesha J Khan (Glasgow Southside) who was amazing - she was very knowledgable and encouraging and helped build my confidence. I learnt a lot from Ayesha and through her lessons, passed my test last week! I would highly recommend Ayesha - not only is she a great instructor she is a lovely person too. Thank you Ayesha.”

“I was given an instructor called Paul. I only stuck with him for 2 lessons which were both 2 hours long. On the morning of each lesson he was late and by the time he had driven me to a location it was 10am. By the time the lesson finished he cut it short for 15 minutes early which I paid for lessons for 9.30 to start and 11.30 to finish which wasn’t the case at all. During 1 lesson he told me to me a u turn on a dip road which went down hill slightly then up hill. As I came out the road again to turn right bearing in mind I checked all the mirrors and there was no cars coming either way I had got onto the road again then there was a car coming to the left which slowed down to let me go. Paul got snappy and told me to pull up on the left which I did. He then had a go about me not checking the mirrors which I did before hand. I thought it was really unprofessional of him the way he had a go I wanted to end the lesson there and then. I’m a natural worried learner which I’m sure most Learners can relate too. I have not been back since I have now found a decent instructor who is calming and more compassionate.”

“I have taken 8 lessons from AA driving school. The instructor Monowara Chowdhury is worst instructor. She just doing time pass and tries to make you not fit for driving so that you will come to her for many more lessons, that way she can earn more money from you. She asked me to not book through AA and offered her personal bank account details to transfer money directly to book lessons. She and AA both are waste. Don’t waste money and time with AA. For sure you will loose your driving confidence if you land here with AA.”

“My instructor Mr. Karim (Leicester) cancelled on me less than 24 hours before the test without prior notice, causing me to lose my test date and fee. He raised his voice at me and asked me to go to the police station if I wasn't happy with his opinion. Didn't do his penultimate lesson and didn't refund. Complaints team said they couldn't do anything as I had no evidence. Terrible. I would never recommend AA”

“The AA Driving School introduced me to Jesuthasan Rajkumar, who is an amazing instrcutor and I am very grateful to have been taught by him. He explains different ideas clearly and makes sure you understand. He is a very good instructor and am very happy wih my experience.”
