“The instructor Mr. Andrew Thorley in Eastbourne is the best you can ever get. He always made me feel comfortable. He is thoroughly professional and a very honest man. You can tell that he loves his job by the way he deals with everyone. I passed my test with just a few lessons with him. Big shout out and thanks to Andrew for everything he did for me.”

“After a couple lessons with one of their instructors, my next pre paid lesson was cancelled due to illness, which is fine, but now the instructor wont reply to my messages to reschedule. The lesson was 7 weeks ago. The last message was 3 weeks ago. The AA are saying per T&Cs they're not responsible but they still feature the instructor on their website. It's a scam”

“I passed my test first time at Hendon on Friday 14th June and I was delighted. My instructor Jahir was patient and kept quiet most of the time allowing me to drive. He only got involved when necessary and helped me learn from my mistakes. I learnt a lot from him especially when it came to roundabouts and moving into the correct lane, bay parking, pulling up on the left and right and lastly parallel parking. On the test I was asked to do a forward bay park and managed to get it right first time so was thrilled. I felt calm and comfortable with him and grew in confidence while driving around London. We did many routes around Hendon and Mill Hill so on the test I was comfortable with the roads we went on. I wish you all the best of luck for your test and in the future.”

“I passed my driving test in Chippenham. My driving instructor was Nick. I got an automatic driving license. Nick was very patient and taught all necessary tips needed to pass the exam. We spent many hours doing actual driving on roads and roundabouts. I would recommend Nick to anybody who wants to pass automatic driving license in Chippenham or Swindon. I changed three driving instructors and finally [assed with Nick. Nick is different from other driving instructors because he his not very stressful to learn with and progresses fast. The AA website is very easy to use book/cancel lessons.”

“I have had the best experience with Faisal: he is an ncredible dedicated instructor, very attentive to pupil’s learning needs and explaining things clear and pupil-friendly. I have been practicing for a while before I met Faisal but under his instruction I made a massive progress and developed driver way of thinking. Totally recommend to others and happy to brag: I have recently passed my driving test! 🥳🚗”

“The worst services and worst professionalism ever seen. They book your dates and on the day of lesson they wont show hp saying they have booked in for someone else and dates are not available.”

“My instructor was Freddie, he is so easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. He was very patient with me. I have now passed my test in Mitcham. Thanks Freddie, definitely recommend him to friends. I don’t have words to say thanks Good luck”

“My instructor, Mr Hafiz Rehman, was excellent. Always knowledgeable and happy to help. His instruction greatly helped my confidence (especially with roundabouts and lane-changing). A big thank you to him for helping me pass first time, very grateful.”

“AA were an amazing driving school. My Instructor Raj (Jesuthasan Rajkumar) was incredible. He was so patient, informative and helped me pick everything up super fast! I passed my driving test first time after only 10 lessons, Raj told me exactly what to expect and put my mind at ease. I would recommend the AA and specifically Raj if you are looking to pass your test, they are the best!”

“Do not choose AA!! I'm in the process of trying to get a refund after a horrible experience with an AA instructor. Customer service are awful - there's no way to call them and speak to someone. I've had to send a complaint and will probably wait days to hear back from someone. I've read so many similar reviews here - people are struggling to get refunds after bad experiences. Never again will I use AA for anything. Not only have I lost £90, but they have also taken up so much time on my day off work. Choose a different driving school!”

“I can’t recommend the AA driving school enough- and most of all Raj. As he was my instructor from another strong recommendation, I learnt within 30 hrs from not ever driving before. I passed first time with 2 minor faults. His teaching is very patient, We corrected all mistakes made as well as Raj explaining thoroughly what went wrong, how to make it right, and the hazards in doing so. Besides the teaching being excellent itself, I felt comfortable as he is also very friendly character which put the nerves of being on the road at ease.”
