“Females DO NOT USE an AA driving instructor. Mine flirted with me over and over even after asking him to stop. When we complained, they denied it. Disgusting”

“All good reviews are from Ethnic minorities. One star from English. AA driving school is a rip off. Complaints department useless. 30 hours driving lesson paid,23 hours driving, no basic knowledge on hand brake starts, bay parking, parallel parking, reverse gear, roundabouts, or junctions. Took 4 hours to get into 2nd gear.”

“my first AA experience was not so good! but then i changed my instructor to Kajanraj Thavayogan, he is patient and did not miss a single detail, i learnt so much from him and i would recommend him for everyone! thank you so much again for being an excellent instructor and giving me confidence to pass my test!”

“My instructor Ahmad Zia was an amazing instructor. I’m really happy that I had him as my instructor. He was always on time, always had a positive attitude and he was never late. He always made sure I understood everything and although I got told off by him many times I am very grateful for everything as he taught me a lot and I am now very confident in driving which has led to me passing my test. I highly recommend him for anyone else wanting to pass their test as he will tire himself and makes sure you are ready and will go over the areas you are not good in multiple times until your confident. I could not have had a better instructor than him.”

“I can’t explain how amazing of a driving Instructor and a person Faisal is! He answered any questions I had clearly and taught me so thoroughly that I had no problem in the test at all! I had such a bad experience with my previous instructor even after 30 hour! I did less than half of that with Faisal and passed with ease! Genuinely such an amazing man and instructor I cannot put it into words. I would recommend him to everyone as he is genuinely incredible. Never once shouting or getting angry always kind and composed I couldn’t have gotten a better instructor.”

“I was told I was gonna fail 2 days before the test but Zahid made me pass in 2 days big thank you to him as helped a lot in short amount of time and made me pass in my first try.”

“Suman Bhowmik is an excellent driving instructor! With a calm and easy to understand approach, He will help you with your weaknesses in driving and make sure you learn and understand each skill/maneuver. He will develop the skills for you to be a safe driver. Thank you Suman for all your help and guidance.”

“I have passed my driving today. My instructor was Suman Bhowmik. He helped me a lot to improve my driving skill. If you want to pass just listen to the instructor and be smart and ask questions.”

“Booked lessons for teen 2 months ago. On the day of her lesson, it was cancelled due a problem with a tyre? This is the AA. Paid upfront for 10 lessons Instructor couldn't offer another lesson then for a month. Real shame. Lesson subsequently cancelled.”

“Very bad experience with instructor Ryan Vickery. Taken money and not performing any adjustment for lessons. Taking long gaps for holidays. Unprofessional Instructor. Dishonest and Untrustworthy person. Learn Nothing at all from him.”

“I had a great experience with AA but this was mainly due to my instructor Jesuthasan Rajkumar. He was incredible, he made driving a fun experience for me when it was something I used dread. I got great practical tips and now that I have passed I feel like I am a confident and safe driver. I would def recommend”

“Learning with Freddie Asare via AA in South London, was a really pleasant and good learning experience, and got taught good driving principles that I continue to use today. Thanks to Freddie's patience, encouragement and teaching style, I passed first time! As opposed to other driving schools I had tried like RED, which based on my experience I got an unprofessional sub-par instructor in comparison.”

“I passed on the first attempt thanks to Darren Pearce, AA Pinner instructor! Darren was very supportive throughout the journey, he was always patient and helpful. He always gave me confidence and useful feedback! He helped me with every bit of the driving and gave me instructions and tips to be calm, which made me easily pass! One of the best things I learnt from him was to be very vigilant and careful when driving and assess risk situations before they arise.”

“I passed from the first attempt thanks to Hade Hosseini, AA Nottingham instructor! Hade was very supportive throughout the journey, was always patient and helpful. He always gave me confidence and useful feedback! He helped me with every bit of the test and gave me instructions and tips to be calm while driving which made me easily pass!”

“Mainly talking instead of driving. Was told by the instructor that if I would practice in my own car, he probably wouldn't want to teach me anymore. Driving instructor asked (with less than 48 hours notice!!!) if he could reschedule our appointment as he had a holiday, to which I agreed. Then when I informed this person that I had tested positive for Covid, straight after.. HE cancelled my lesson for that day and took my 2 hour lesson pay! I complained by the AA who said that they could not waiver due to their 48 hour cancellation policy. Heads up: the AA basically wants you to infect their instructor with covid and therefore their other pupils. I would not recommend them at all. I am absolutely disgusted by this practice!”
