“I’m extremely happy and I don’t think I would have be here without zahid’s support and patience during my lessons. His presence was always there throughout the lessons and always answered my questions never leaving me unsure of anything. There are only a few instructors like Zahid thank you again for all your help !”

“I had a very unpleasant learning experience with the instructor, Salam Khan, from AA. He became aggressively angry easily, which made me, as the learner, very uncomfortable and nervous when driving. By "aggressively angry," I mean he would sigh and make a cold face, or shout whenever I made a mistake. I decided to quit after the first package and joined another driving school. I then obtained my license within a few months. In summary, I found the AA service unprofessional and would not recommend it at all.”

“Suddenly my instructor cancelled my all classes without any explanation. When we contact to AA they said instructor is no longer working with them. Even I booked test date it’s next 2 weeks. Moreover they don’t have another instructor. This is not expected from the big brand AA driving classes. No solution I get from them.”

“My AA driving instructor was Eduart Sinomati and passed first time, I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor! Eduart is an excellent driving instructor, he has a commitment to your learning and amends his teaching style based on your needs. He gives really clear guidance, is super patient and kind and helps you to understand how to improve and work on any errors. I really highly recommend him to anyone starting their driving journey. You won't be disappointed!”

“AA Driving School is best school to start with my driving instructor called RAJ(JESUTHASAN RAJKUMAR). I am really very much satisfied with the way he trained me and guided me. He guided me in such a way that I passed with no minor mistakes. He had mock driving tests and gave actual feedback on that. He was really motivating me from start to end. No unnecessary talk or wasting of time during my sessions. I recommond him highly.”

“Be aware The AA does not take ANY responsibility for their driving instructors. You pay via their website and the car might have an AA sticker on it, but the instructors are independent contractors. If a problem occurs (which it did in my case) you can expect zero support from The AA and will simply be told that is not their problem.”

“Was awarded 40 hours free lessons through motability. Rang, emailed etc, finally instructor got.in touch after ...8 MONTHS! Said he was busy 🤣 passed my test with no lessons In June. His loss of £1000+ 😁👍”

“I had the pleasure of taking driving lessons with Ahmad Zia Kohistani and passed first time. I can't recommend him highly enough! Ahmad is an excellent driving instructor, he has a commitment to your learning and amends his teaching style based on your needs. His attention to detail, patience and clear explanations made every lesson both informative and enjoyable. He has an incredible ability to identify areas where I needed support and observed and listened to me throughout the lesson (no time wasted you will always learn), which was especially helpful for me as a new driver. I have had other instructors in the past, but Ahmad’s thorough understanding of the driving rules and natural ability to teach in a way I could understand sets him apart from other instructors. Ahmad was always punctual, reliable and often went the extra mile to teach me, even if it meant investing his own time to give me extra support. I cannot thank him or recommend him enough. He has given me confidence and self belief, resulting in passing my test. If you are looking for an instructor genuinely invested in your success then look no further. Thank you Ahmad!”

“Out of 4 lessons booked , all 4 cancelled by instructor, 2 within an hour of the lesson, other 2 within 24 hours. Waste of time, would highly not recommend”

“Avoid instructor Andre Quincani like the plague unless you have money to burn. He will expand his ‘plan’ to include as many lessons as possible. Over a years worth of lessons and still hadn’t covered everything. Wanted to spend 12 hours just on learning roundabouts. AA did nothing about my complaint.”

“I had the pleasure of learning to drive in London with Faisal Anwar via the AA Driving School, and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. Moving from the US, I was quite nervous about adapting to the different driving rules and navigating the busy London roads, but Faisal’s patience and expertise made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything in detail, ensured I felt comfortable behind the wheel, and was always calm and encouraging, even when I made mistakes. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to pass my driving test and achieve a major milestone. I highly recommend Faisal to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and patient driving instructor!”

“Instructor Ka-Lun Cheung (★★★★★) I had the absolute pleasure of being taught by Ka-Lun Cheung via the AA driving school; and I can’t recommend him highly enough! From day one, Mr. Cheung was not just an instructor but a mentor, guiding me with professionalism, patience, and a deep wealth of knowledge. His teaching style made learning to drive an enjoyable and confidence-building experience. Mr. Cheung is incredibly skilled at breaking down complex driving techniques into simple, easy-to-understand steps. He was always calm and reassuring, even when I doubted myself. His constant encouragement and expert advice gave me the confidence I needed to feel comfortable behind the wheel. Every lesson was packed with valuable insights, not just about how to pass the test, but how to be a safe and responsible driver for life.
