“I am very pleased with AA driving school for the ease of booking lessons and payments online. My instructor “Raj” (JESSUDASSAN RAJKUMAR) has been absolutely brilliant throughout and thanks to him, I passed in my first attempt! He was very patient and helped me to build my confidence as a first time driver. He gave me constructive feedback and how I could improve at the end of each lesson and this was immensely helpful in focussing the areas I needed more practice. I was dreading about the real test but with regular lessons and doing test routes, I was confident in my actual test and knew what exactly to look out for.”

“My instructor was Kajanraj Thavayogan. He was a great instructor and supported me to become confident in my driving. I only had 12 hours of lessons with him and passed my test with 2 minors. With the skills and confidence I developed with his support I had a great experience. Thank you Kajanraj!”

“My instructor was Ahmad Zia.He was a wonderful instructor. I did 20 hours with the other driving school but I wasn’t feeling confident.Ahmad only taught me 9 hours included the test day’s time.He used an easier and helpful way to improve my driving skills.That was amazing experience with him. I passed my test for one time.”

“I made the decision to choose AA driving school introduce instructor Jesuthasan Rajkumar. Raj was an excellent instructor with all the help and support he had taught me throughout all the smooth lessons. I was able to drive confidently and I was able to pass my test first try with only one minor fault. I'm really happy, thank you so much for your support Raj.”

“My instructor was Raj. He was such an amazing instructor. All his help and support helped me become a confident driver and I was able to pass my driving test on the first try. Even though his car had broken down, he quickly linked me to Syed who kindly allowed me to use his car for the driving test. Raj really made the process smooth. I am truly grateful for all his help.”

“My instructor was Raj who was excellent. Patient, descriptive and made me feel at ease. He gave me good references but also made me feel confident enough to fix things as well. Also thank you to Syed who let me use his car for the driving test at such short notice.”

“In 7 weeks I've had 1 lesson because my instructor is constantly cancelling my lessons just minutes before there supposed to happen this is costing me a fortune in childcare and I think I'm done with trying to rearrange with him as I feel I've wasted my £79 for my first lesson as it was that long ago I've probably forgot everything by now”

“I had a lesson booked on 20th June 2023 at 9am. The instructor did not show up. I called him twice, no answer. I contacted the company through chat and email and I was told to wait when I already had waited for 20 minutes. I asked for a cancellation and refund which they declined at first and eventually agreed to when I insisted I wasn't willing to take lessons from someone who missed his lesson. Not even an apology.”

“I was lucky to have Michael Higgins as my driving instructor who is highly professional with 20 years of experience. He boosted my confidence and driving skills beyond basic driving technics in a proficient manner. He recognised my weak points and personalised every lesson to my specific needs and requirements. I am truly grateful to Michael for all his support and help.”

“The website is shockingly bad. It’s l always saying something’s gone wrong when you’ve tried to do a very basic task - like book a lesson. What’s more - the website won’t allow you to change your instructor or get a refund for unused hours automatically- you have to request these things for example through the chat function. I have tried chat a few times but I never receive a reply. It has also become increasingly difficult to get regular lessons in my area. I asked via chat to change instructor, to see if another instructor had more availability, but AA never got back to me.”

“I took driving lessons with Jahir and I can honestly say that he is easily the best driving instructor out there. He knows exactly what he's talking about, very patient and professional and also, just a great person to have a chat to - making the driving lessons very enjoyable. I would 110% recommend him to anyone looking to learn how to drive and can guarantee that you'll learn properly, fast and enjoyably. He genuinely wants you to pass and gives the best advice for you all the time. He has loads of tips and tricks to help you pass well and efficiently, whilst making sure that you can be as safe as possible on the roads. Choose Jahir, you won't regret it!”

“I recently had the pleasure of taking driving lessons with AA Driving School, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My instructor, Ahmad Zia Kohistani, was absolutely fantastic. His professionalism, patience, and expertise made the learning process enjoyable and efficient. Despite having limited time to prepare for my driving test at Pinner Driving Test Center, Ahmad went above and beyond to ensure I was well-prepared. His clear instructions and insightful feedback helped me build confidence behind the wheel and master the necessary skills in time. “After 2 failure, I was lucky to have Raj as my driving instructor. With him day by day I became better and better, confident and safer driver. His 'you can do it approach' not only helped me to boost my confidence level also helped me to trust on myself and my capabilities. I passed my driving test on 3rd attempt from Mitcham. Without his support it was not possible for me to pass the test smoothly. He is a very good instructor but most importantly he is a very good human being as well. His soft and patient behaviour, always smile on his face and caring for each and every student stolen my heart. I am sad that I will not be seeing you on a regular basis. God bless you Raj.”
