The instructor has to be Fired and Terminated immediately for his Behaviour which was a total disappointment for me. I cancelled all my programs for the appointment. He has to say sorry to me and apologise for his words and his attitude which was unacceptable as a Humam Being. I already made a Complaint to the Senior officials at AA. If you cannot Fire him at least share emails of people where I can Escalate the problem Just Terminate him immediately and share the Escalation Team mails and phone numbers

Are the aa trustworthy and honest

They are Trustworthy but they have no respect for Trust and Worth. You cannot be Trustworthy with people who are very impolite and bad behavior

I paid for driving lesson to AA online October 2022 £36 AA cancelled it emailed to me to rebook and not able to rebook I rebook and paid £36 again I need email address to sort refund I want to email your email. I want my money refund
