Changed insurance provider this year due to Churchill increasing their premium by a fair amount. Went with AA as their cost was a lot cheaper. We have been insured with AA in the past and they declined our claim for a garden wall which fell down during a storm. They didn’t take the time to explain why. I don’t think we’ve claimed on our house insurance EVER ( 40 plus years). If you had asked at that time what we thought of AA my review would have been a lot different. RANT OVER!

They've owe me £300 for over 2 months and have stopped replying to my emails. If I owed them £300 they'd be all over it. Pretty disgraceful

Left sitting on a major dual carriage way for 4 hours with elderly parents and 2 children. My children were petrified. AA patrol van drove straight passed and then phone to say he wasn't dealing with it. After further 3 calls and on hold for ever no one new what was happening. Ended up being taken to a safe place in a police car. And then had to sit in the car on the back of a low loader tow truck who thankfully got us home. Mansfield recovery were amazing caring. Can't say that about the AA disgusting. 4 emergency service what a joke.

Tried to charge me £25 to swap my number plate. I’ve had a private plate for over 20 years and never paid to swap it before. I refused to pay the £25 and will take my business elsewhere. Rip off.

Excellent service, first time I've had to ring AA, they turned up exactly on time, felt very reassured when I rang up as I was on hard shoulder of motorway, the gentleman who turned up was so nice, his first main concern was my safety, highly recommended!!

The AA policy is to rip existing customers off. Quote last year £137.19. Quote this year £170.30. Went on Compare the Market and Confused. Accepted cheapest quote at £106.43 with Zenith. Emailed the AA to end insurance advising amount of new quote and that's when they offered a revised quote of £105.87, which is £64.43 lower than their quote. Too late buddy - gone with Zenith. What a rip-off

Very easy to use on website...not had any claims so cannot judge their customer services. Cheaper insurance than anywhere.

AA Insurance - three weeks after my accident I have been sent round and round in circles by AA insurance and the other two companies that underwrite AA insurance with my car still sitting outside waiting to be repaired. I have always had great service from AA breakdown cover and so for the last 2 years have used AA insurance for both my car and house - never again.

Our car lost power on a busy motorway around 6.20am and we pulled into the hard shoulder. Called AA as a member and they said because we are on a busy motorway it would be a priority. We ended up waiting close to 2 hours on the hard shoulder outside the car on a fence in the cold before a breakdown vr hike arrived. When I spoke to an AA representative all she said it’s that we don’t have as many breakdown response at this time of the day Tg

Over two hours to reach us. They sent a car repair company, whi hadn't got a clue. He was on Google trying to find where the fuse box was. Couldn't fix it, Told us to ring AA back.
