Amazing quick service from AA. After breaking down in Wales on our way home to Leicester. Courteous friendly service from all involved including both relay breakdown drivers. Thank you Mr & Mrs H Connolly.

I have 3 cars, 2 are over 20 years old, the youngest is 12. With vehicle's like this, there will be niggly issues that arise. No matter what the fault or where I've been travelling in the UK when they occur, the AA has always swiftly and effectively solved my issues - even unusual ones such as my soft top not re-attching to the main body correctly. The road side help, towing and at home assistance has been perfect each time, and each AA technician has been friendly and kind.

I wrote a fund recovery firm at (CONTACTZATTECHRECOVERY @ GMAIL COM) when I got scammed by some crypto investment scheme this was sad but I’m glad I got a topnotch service at my first recovery trial. Outstanding service. Never had to use a recovery service before but sadly our car decided to breakdown on a major road. On calling the AA they arrived within 40mins, realised they couldn’t fix on the side of the road and towed us to the garage of our choice. So friendly and really made us feel at ease. Once at the garage they arranged a hire car which we were in are on our way within an hour or so. Utterly brilliant and so pleased I had the AA as our recovery service. Thank you for making a terrible journey into a positive experience.

phoned for advice regarding amber flashing light on my car dash board. I was given advice and reassurance + sent a video explaining clearly what the warning light meant.

A knackered battery, sorted out by the AA guy,Darren Fairclough. All replaced on the spot. Good service yet again, having been a member for over 50 years.

Excellant service today, Todd arrived quickly and got me back in my car which had completly shut down and locked me out He checked the battery and adviced me to run the engine for a while. Very happy with the AA from first call to solution

Outstanding service from the AA today. From breaking down on a live lane of the M1 with no hard shoulder, to being dropped off at home 150 miles away, took around 4 hours. You couldn’t ask for any more than that

I recently had a tyre blow out on a main road A403 near Bristol having hit a large pothole in my BMW. YC61 NSK. I contacted the AA and within about twenty minutes they attended. Luke was polite and courteous, knew his job and sorted my issue by putting a temporary wheel on my car and followed me to the nearest tyre depot where the issue was sorted. Thank-you Luke…. I hope your employers appreciate your representation of the AA organisation and the professionalism you demonstrated and will recognise this feedback!

My car broke down in derby royal hospital today the adviser was polite and helpful i was kept up to date with time changes and when the mechanic arrived he was lovely and helpful eventually after lots of testing he managed to get the car going following me home just in case then gave me appropriate advice. He did give me the option of going straight to a garage in the event that my car had needed towing explaining that they could only tow to one destination. Start to finish the service was very good This is not the first time they have come to my rescue and the service has always been great

Using the app we asked recovery to come to our house to help get the road lights working on caravan when hooked up. We were all packed up ready to go when the caravan lights went off but car still worked. Andy the AA guy came within 30mins of reporting breakdown this was fantastic. He was super good, tested all the electrics to finally find the fuse that had blown. The service was first rate and Andy was very informative about hooking up and using the fridge when caravan had been stored for the winter. This is what blew the fuse. We were happily sent on our holiday thanks to the AA quick, reliable and thorough service. Thankyou.

I reported that my car had broken down today and within the hour they turned up. I don’t know his name but he was really pleasant and got my car working again within half an hour tops. What a fantastic service and a lovely guy too. Cannot thank him enough. 10/10

I would like to say a big Thank you to JEREMY. from Stockport. ( I. Think ). His helpfulness was priceless. Also his kindness and patience. To me was outstanding. I was in a bit of a panic, because my cheque had not arrived intime to renew my membership, but. JEREMY sorted all this out for me, and put my mind at rest. This was around. 8:30 AM yesterday 20/03/2024.Afraid I’m no good with technology, , So I hope this goes to the right person. Thank you. AA

Tonight I needed the AA as the battery was broken in my Toyota cross hybrid car and needed replacing , I cannot say enough good things about the lad Grant Watson who attended to my car he was absolutely brilliant, very quick to arrive and quickly had my car sorted. I cannot thank Grant enough and he is truly an asset to the AA company. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Grant and like I said to you at the time, not all hero’s wear capes 👍
