Following up a recent breakdown repair. Contacted Paige in the Breakdown Team who very pleasantly, quickly and efficiently was able to deal with the matter in hand. A very satisfied customer.

Had a chap named Guy help me with my car today. Having recently switched over from RAC due to a disagreement over a battery warranty, first experience was great. Perfect communication, ran additional tests they didn’t have to and really helped me diagnose the problem. Gave recommendations of where to go at the lowest rate, checked my tyre pressure as they looked low, and came earlier than we expected. Offered a tip as a thank you, and even refused it. Can’t fault the service or the technician at all, and will certainly stay with them from now on. Many thanks to Guy and the AA.

Unfortunately I broke down today on the M42. Not all doom and gloom after meeting Dilshad khan. He has changed our day completely around. What a lovely guy he is. Thanks so much an absolute legend.

Very nice aa member from the aa who was name Taj Islam 814597, was positive, diligence, warm and very considerate person. He should be pardon to get a better promotion from the AA where he deserved the most. I feel proud of him and I can see that he is a hard worker and honest member for AA. I wish him all the best of luck of happiness.

I had a puncture and had excellent service from the AA. The patrolman Sam Broderick 818505 couldn’t have been more helpful. He showed great concern for me as I was alone and did everything he could to reassure and keep me safe. Thank you so much.

My husband hit an unlit island which resulted in a blown out front tyre. We had two grandchildren and a puppy in the car. We were in an unlit parking space on the side of a very busy dual carriageway. The AA said we were a priority call due to the children being in the car. The AA arrived within twenty minutes of receiving the call and changed the tyre for us. An excellent service. Thank you so much.

I woke up to a flat battery on 9 December. I have been a member for over 20 years and this is the first I have used the service. I contacted AA by phone/internet at approximately 12/45. I received an immediate reply that someone would with me my 1/10. Simon arrived at exactly that time. Tested my battery told me I needed a new one. He disappeared for about 50 mins came back and fitted anew one. Fabulous service by an outstanding employee . I cannot recommend him and the service highly enough. My annual fee well worth every penny. Many thanks Simon!,

Our AA pre-purchase Car Inspection was conducted by Sujeeva on 5/12/22 Comprehensive notes and clear information. Enabled us to specify, with confidence, what needed to be addressed by the car dealer. Professional and exemplary inspection - every last detail, included. Not only this but Sujeeva promptly followed this through with a phone call to discuss further - much appreciated. THANK YOU SUJEEVA!

We had wonderful service from AA man Simon when we broke down in Stamford on 4 October 2022. He was extremely efficient and pleasant and solved the problem very quickly at the roadside. As there was a possibility that the engine might have been damaged by lack of oil, he followed our restart for a considerable distance to make sure all was well. Absolutely excellent service. Totally recommend.

On holiday in Cornwall and broke down in the middle of nowhere, halfway up a steep narrow country Lane. Spoke to operator who had a lot of patience trying to find out where we was. We could only say where we was travelling to. She asked a series of questions which are obviously standard but very much needed. The mechanic was with us 50 minutes later. Nice friendly chap. We was lucky it was a spark plug issue. All 4 plugs replaced and we was on our way. Only downside was the cost of the plugs at £138. We was very impressed .

Excellent, could not fault them. Flat battery at home, up dated me when they will be out, came within a few minutes of their quoted arrival time, checked battery which was faulty, due to time of day did not have battery on board which was understandable. I went online and booked a slot the following morning, received message saying they are on way, came middle of my booking slot, battery fitted and I’m up and running. Both guys who worked on my vehicle Jason and Luke were amazing, just chatted to them while they completed the work, both guys are a credit to your service, thank so much 😁

My patrolman Paul who attended my breakdown was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for him. He got my car running and explained the reason for the breakdown. Also recommended further repairs to get my car back to normal.
