Our car wouldn't start at home, called AA, Chris same out within 2 hours and fitted a new battery, very happy with whole experience polite and very knowledgeable man, would recommend AA, have been with them for over 55 years, no problems

I have no complaints about the policy I bought last year, but now my renewal for the coming year has shot up. Same car, same details, and no claims. I won't renewing obviously, when I can get a policy with the same details, almost a £100 less. Why do the companies do that? Surely it makes more sense to look after a loyal customer. Rant over

Very poor assistance from the mechanic and the person on the phone. Definitely I will change to Rac or GreenFlag.

A struggle to sort out NCB from previous insurer to satisfy AA. After a few phone calls got it sorted.

AA is £2.6 billion in debt and no longer care? Theirs a reason why TheAA is £2.6 billion in debt and no longer care about their customers. Its all about clawing their way out the debt and charging premium prices. Ive been a member since i was 21 im now 50+ Never had any problems till today i had puncture and called for AA to change tyre. They told me my membership had expired last year Jan 2020. The only way someone would come out is if i took out a new membership their and then. Ridiculous thought as i had only renewed my membership less than 2 weeks ago til Jan 2022. However the AA said im not a member according to their system and they wouldnt come out. Clearly a system error somewhere. I have checked with bank the renewal membership money was taken out in Dec first week. I have a renewal confirmation letter. They even sent me out 4 new cards. Still according to the system i am not a member. Thankyou AA for stealing my money and in my hour of need telling me to get lost!! Thankyou

I found the AA to helpful and easy to talk to. As I have had to claim for the repair of my car, that was hit the AA made the arangements for it to be seen and repaired

Couldn’t fault the AA when I had a flat battery at home very easy to report on line and book a slot and plenty to choose from. Received a confirmation call to confirm booking and pay for home visit as not a member and then a call from the technician to say 5 minutes a way. Technician was very friendly checked over the car and battery which needed replacement. Fitted quickly all sorted within 20 minutes.

I find the AA easy to work with and their communication is understandable. The charges have been reasonable as well so there has not been a reason for me to be looking for another provider.

the AA man (Chris) arrived within the time stated and rang me before that to let me know he was on his way. So friendly! Got me home as I was fairly close and needed to be back with the person I care for. he got me a spare part and fitted it -in the rain. Checking with me- about prices at each stage. Car mended. No hassle. Amazing!

AA caused more damage while loading my car on recovery truck, my car slid off left hand side, although my car was already in accident, I didnt expect AA to damage it even more, although the recovery driver admitted fault, AA claim wasn't so helpful, infact denied it, I sent photos to prove but still waiting for written apology. Very unprofessional, hence don't use these, I wont be from now on.
