“I came to Audiobarn after hearing good things and they lived up to their reputation. I was at a crossroads trying to decide whether to push higher up the Naim upgrade path (from a 282/HiCap/250) or switch to something different. Jack set up a demo of next level Naim vs a Vitus 025 and left me alone to spend the afternoon playing record after record. With the Vitus a clear favourite he let me to take one away for an extended home demo. After a few months wait Steve delivered my new amp and took away my Naim kit for a decent price. Excellent advice, communication and service throughout.”

“I am a repeat customer of Audiobarn. I live in central London, where there are hordes of dealers, but I have no intention of shopping elsewhere. I value their excellent advice, and their customer service is first-rate. To be blunt, the whole set-up is most unusual - because it is great consistently. It leaves you wondering why things don't work like this everywhere else. The fellas are a pleasure to deal with.”

“I originally contacted Jack to enquire about a new streamer but my attention shifted to the Kudos Titan 606. With a suitable trade in offer on my current speakers we were able to agree a cost to change. A little over 2 weeks later and I am the proud owner of these fantastic floor standers. “Having had help from Andy and the Audiobarn upgrading my turntable a year or so ago, it was the turn of the electronics, With external constraints requiring at most a two box system the usual brilliant service advice has resulted in Naim NDX 2, Naim Supernait 3 plus Super Lumina interconnects. Delivery, set up and trade in of the old Nova was seamless – an absolute model of what customer service should be. The step up in sound quality is absolutely staggering. If ever the 2 box constraint is relaxed I’ll be back to the Audiobarn to see where else we might take things. And thanks again Andy for all the help!”

“I found the Audiobarn staff very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They are accommodating and non pressuring in their approach. The equipment on demonstration was top of the line. The service was second to none and I now have a new Grimm Audio MU1 streamer that has dramatically improved the performance of my stereo system. My streamed and ripped music has never sounded so room filling, natural and involving. I strongly recommend The Audiobarn and in particular I want to thank Graham and Jack their excellent service, expertise and patience.”

“I am not local to The Audiobarn but the shop has become my first stop whilst steadily upgrading my system over a number of years. I could go elsewhere but Jack is always helpful both with advice and flexible with generous trade in offers. I recently had two of the Audiobarn team visit to install an active Naim system with the top of range 555 streamer and their work was exemplary. I am told it will take a month or two before the new system performs at its best but I am sure that it will be a pleasurable journey.”
