I OPENED A RETURN REQUEST AND IT WAS DECLINED. THEY WERE ACCUSING ME OF \"MISUSING\" THE TOILET SEAT. HOW ON EARTH CAN SOMEONE MISUSE A TOILET SEAT SO THAT THE METAL PARTS OF THE SEAT BECOME RUSTED WITHIN SUCH A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. I AM ALSO TAKING THESE GUYS NO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AS THIS IS WHAT THE DESERVE."
