“Battery's are excellent perfect experience apart from Yodel screwed the delivery as it was twin battery's and they only delivered one of the two battery's even though the the Battery guys put both out together. Called the battery guys next morning and they were super helpful and nice. Secon battery arrived the following day. I would recommend this company all day long.”

“Took the order and the money quickly. Didn’t respond to emails nor to calls and messages left. Didn’t get the goods guarantees next day as paid for. Would like the money back in full. You did ask for a review, afraid service is poor at best from my experience.”

“Battery needed ASAP. Paid for next-day delivery. After payment notification appeared saying that ordering after 3pm nullified next-day delivery. I ordered at 3:20pm. The order was made on the Monday. I emailed the sales team on Wednesday afternoon as the battery still hadn't been delivered requesting a delivery cost refund if the battery didn't arrive that day. I didn't receive the battery until Thursday. The packing was damaged and wet and on opening the box the battery was covered in water. Still no response from the sales team. Only reason I'm not rating this service as 'very poor' is that the battery was undamaged and my vehicle is finally up and running.”

“After paying for the battery I get an on screen offer of 5% off my purchase!! Why after I paid? Apart from that, they have a great selection of batteries with part search and vehicle reg search. It came fully charged and (day 3) is working very well. Thanks”

“Great prices but poor choice of courier company and customer service. Guaranteed next day delivery was not honoured and no further response from emails on how to rectify the situation. Request to write a review poorly timed as would have been more positive if efforts had been made to sort the issue.”

“What a lousy company this is. Avoid like the plague. Ordered a gel battery for my Morgan. Checked carefully on line including using reg number then telephoned them. The helpful young man confirmed the battery was correct and appropriate for my car. Needed battery urgently for MOT. Battery arrived upside down in its totally flimsy cardboard box. Battery acid had leaked, in box and along driveway. Battery put in specific compartment of Morgan, but it was clear battery far to big. In telephoning to make a complaint, spoke to a Manager (Dave) who said the company did not sell get batteries!!!! Obtained a refund, but a phone call to discuss compensation never arrived, even though I had to take this battery to the tip. Non existing customer services and promises not fulfilled! If you cannot trust the advice of these people, then they need to sell something else. Beware!!”
