“Unfortunately the "course" lasted just a few hours, the member of staff we sent on it had no real practise in the skills and was left confused and unprepared as a result of the training.”

“I was disappointed with the lack of professional approach to training. The trainer did more chatting to some one who had been on previous courses then she did training. We all had to leave buy 4pm as she had clients coming in for treatments. I have been on course else where and would give them 10 out of 10. The Beauty Academy sadly I would give 4 out of 10.”

“Really enjoyed the course, was quite apprehensive about acrylics to start with after having previous extensions (bad experience). Feel very confident now to carry out a treatment on clients. Very happy. Looking forward to do more courses. Thank you.”
