“I discovered The Black Bow from a google search for gold charms. I was very impressed with their extensive options and customer service. I ordered 3 charms and one was a collegiate charm that was custom made. They were able to meet my tight deadline for graduation gifts. They came beautifully wrapped.”

“I love this company! They have an awesome customer service team and are so nice and helpful. Great products, good pricing, secure delivery. They also have an awesome selection of gold hoop earrings in various sizes. I'm super picky about the size of my hoops (I like thick, small hoops that are flat, if that makes sense) and they carry several varieties. Will definitely buy from in the future.”

“I have bought four pairs of earrings from you, one a replacement pair. I find that masks loosen earrings, and I’ve lost a few. The quality of your jewelry is excellent, and I’m pleased that so many of your silver earrings are rhodium plated, as I have allergy problems. I also want to say that when I bought a replacement pair, your on-line chatter was unbelievably helpful in giving me exact dimensions and pictures from my previous purchase record, so I could make the replacement purchase in, literally, only minutes.
