Customer Service - Bad

The customer service is not 'service'. They never pick up the phone, only reply to email in 3-4 days, it's really annoying if you need to modify something in your order. Therefore I would not recommend the online shopping at The Body Shop.

When I try and contact customer service about it, they are rude, uninformed and dismissive.

Bad customer service by any measure, but it is even more important that they should have the training to be able to provide appropriate service to those with conditions such as autism.

I contacted the customer service to ask for a replacement, but they are worst sort of people.

My experience was horrific . Body shop charged me even for the item which was supposed to be free . Their customer service team made false promises to waive off the charges on the free gift but they didn't do it. They just stopped responding to emails

3 weeks later, i hear nothing, the products are not delivered and when I call their customer service, I was told there was a system error and my order ($150 worth) could not be processed.

When I called customer service they put the blame on me, saying I should have also accounted for an additional 48 hours for processing?? Why wouldn't they just change it to 5-9 business days then? Blatantly misinforming customers.

I ordered an advent calendar Nov 19th, based on 6-10 days deliver, it has not shown up yet and its Dec 7th. Customer service has not helped out at all, and I have an upset teenager now. I just requested a refund.

Better to apologise, send me my goods and then ask for theirs to be returned in due course - they have my account details if I don’t! Very poor customer service and after years of using them, despite a hopeless website I don’t think I will be using them in future.
