“Horrible fabric, smells bad, the dress looks nothing like what i ordered, and the refund policy is just horrible. i asked to send it back and get my money back and they keep giving me offers for 30% or 40% refund and i’m just very disappointed and frustrated”

Shame on you, you can’t keep customers or your business when you don’t treat people right, namely your customers. I ordered my item on the Walmart site assuming they would only have sales that were honest and efficient. Hopefully Walmart will discontinue The Boho bloom.”
“I ordered from them over three weeks ago, just now got a tracking number that it was even sent! Come to find out it’s being shipped from China, even though their website says they’re based in California. HORRIBLE customer service, reached out them numerous times and never got a response. Awful.”
