“Our 2nd trip of the year and disappointing to find mainly Spanish & Portuguese wines available. Very little Australian or Chilean wines as usually there and not as much choice in the £1.99 range now. Excellent customer service as usual.”

“Always competent efficient and friendly. Quite a few friends have mentioned that some UK supermarkets do good deals. Pointed out that even then not as good and you don't know when and which wines will be on offer. When they ask if it's worthwhile I tell them it's a no brainer! Would give 5 Stars if they sold Cloudy Bay!”

“As always a good trip to get a good selection of wines at advantagous prices. Have used this company for many visits and friends are using them too, they too are pleased with the service. Free crossing included! Plus a good tasting room if in doubt about any wine on offer. Roger”

“Visited on the 2nd and 6th November on the way to and from Ghent staff friendly the wines i chose 3.99 in tesco 10.75 the white 2.49 in Morrison's 6.99 and the red £2.99 in tesco £7.49 all very nice tasting. Being going for many years, and the staff are always helpful. on the 2 trips we saved over £600 and being able to taste the wine before you buy (self service) no risk of a bad wine”

“Always enjoy a visit here. Free wine tasting to check before you buy and good prices. The free ferry crossing is easy to organise.with our friends we spent enough on our xmas booze to have the extended stopover next time. Roll on springtime to get our BBQ season supplies!”

“Another great experience with Calais wine; free Eurotunnel, free lunch, free box of wine before we even start on the fantastic wines we ordered. Everything ready for us and they even offered to load up the car. Absolutely first class in every respect. Wouldn't dream of using anyone else - thanks to all the staff.”

“We have frequented Calais Wine for some years now and even got to know many of the staff. They are all keen to help, advise and make your visit a pleasure. Obviously there are big savings to be made along with a big choice of wines. Pre ordering is made easy but we always add to it. Just hope it survives post Brexit. Keep up the good service.”

“We have used Calais wine for a number of years now, and this latest trip was as usual, straightforward efficient and hassle free. The fact that they pay for the Eurotunnel is a great bonus, and of course the wines are always about half price of UK. We just hope Brexit does,nt spoil things”
