“This is for Trade Mats Direct. I rad the reviews on here and was not expecting my product to be delivered. This being said, it has arrived 14 days after I ordered. Longer than the original 5-7 working days. Customer service pretty poor often having to chase a response, but i eventually got there. Quality of product is good, but I won't be going out of my way to order with this company again”

“Mats took 3 weeks to arrive but were of reasonable quality apart from the backing which was a bit like charcoal. Only enough sticky Velcro (BMW 5 series) was supplied for front mats. Probably would shop elsewhere next time.”

“Delivery was punctual, only disappointment is that mats for back seats do not come with fittings as the front ones.”
