"I don't like leaving a 1 star review for companies and always believe in giving them the benefit of the doubt and chance to rectify a situation - Over a month later I am still being put through this ridiculous and unnecessary situation. I agreed to buy a used BMW the salesman asked me to trust him, sign all the finance paperwork and agree it and he would get the car ready by tue-wed the next week for me. I contacted Monday to arrange the collection day and was told that the car needed a new clutch and would be ready Wed am for me. Wed am I asked for a time to collect and was swerved all day until 5pm when I was told it had now failed an MOT. Thursday they said they would repair the defects and I could collect at 4pm. I made the almost two hour drive to be told the car still wasn't ready at which point I lost patience. They said I could take it for a test drive but it had a warning saying less than 5 miles petrol in the tank, No trade plates were put on the car and it had no tax, insurance or MOT so I declined to drive it and said I didn't want it. This was a month ago now - after speaking with Chris the owner hey agreed to unwind the deal - TO DATE NO MONEY HAS BEEN REFUNDED TO THE FINANCE COMPANY. This means the finance company cannot close my account and I am about to have to make the first payment on a car I have never owned or driven. The broker and finance company have chased the Car Shop Strood multiple times to no avail so now I am paying for a car they are trying to sell to other people on their website still with an increased price and lie about the mileage which is almost 118k not 100k. BE CAREFUL with this company they seem to have some very shady business practices - Either give me the car and compensation for the stress and wasted time or refund he money to the finance company this has become a ridiculous issue for me to be wasting time on day in day out,"
