“We have been delighted with our products from the Cotswold company and all our visitors have absolutely raved about how lovely the kitchen island and larder cupboard are. They fit an astronomical amount of stuff in there. I have had a little issue with one of the cupboards and the customer service has been exceptional in dealing with it. Thanks, Customer service is so important in the lasting impression of a company”

“I bought two of the Grand Henley Lanterns from the Leamington Spa shop. They are fabulous lanterns and the lovely shop assistants couldn’t have been more helpful, even offering to carry them out to my car. Highly recommend!”

“I entered your CANTERBURY store today with a friend and was overwhelmed by the service, Knowledge and happy faces by Nathan and Alice .... it truly was a pleasure to shop here....and because of them I will be back to buy my new bed ...so THANK YOU GUYS”

“At the Canterbury branch, we found helpful, friendly staff who just wanted to help find the right product for us. The furniture is beautiful and made by craftsmen. The Chester extending table and 8 chairs is great value-for-money and furniture we are proud to own. Delivery will take 10 days and, for a few pounds, the table will be assembled in our home. We are absolutely thrilled with the service from the time we made enquiries at Head Office to owning the furniture. Thank you.”

“Called in the Cotswold Company in Stow in the Wold on my way to Somerset. Really friendly ladies in there. Later after I got home I rang them and ordered a country cream narrow 4' bookcase. Delivery was perfect, it was packaged very well and I love it. Top quality and looks beautiful. Thank you.”

“From VisIting Leamington Spa Store to Delivery Day the service has been nothing more than amazing. And to finish it off 2 amazing delivery drivers finsh everything thing off and for me that was the cherry on the CAKE !!! Thank You TEAM Cotswold Co !!!!! xx”

“This is an add on to a review I wrote last year. We bought our part built wardrobes just over a year ago as we could not get made up wardrobes in the house we rented. We were reall pleased with the quality and ease of making. We finally found a place to call our own but was nervous about dismantling our wardrobes. The dismantling went well and yesterday we reassembled the wardrobes and they still look lovely and took very little time to put back up. So pleased thought I'd share this with you”

“Could not fault my product, disappointed that the box looked like it was from china! Think i was lucky as my large tv cabinet was in stock, great customer service from Lucy in Chelmsford store for my video chat, delivery guys kept me up to date with my order although did arrive late evening. Well made product”

“Very pleased with all of our order - sideboard, display cabinet, tv unit & nest of tables. Good quality, no damage, looking really great in our lounge. Delivery was excellent with care taken and great communication. Although we waited a couple of weeks longer than we expected it was worth the wait.”

“Happy Customers Purchased 2 x Chest of drawers - 3 over 4 chest and 2 x bedside units in Chantilly Grey. Quality is good for the price, not solid oak but a mix of woods, but put together well and the finish is excellent giving the pieces the look of a more expensive range. Delivery was great we paid for the £20 for delivery within 3 days. Items where very well packaged and protected so there was no damage in transit. We live in a first floor flat and the delivery men brought the items into the flat, no quibbles so was a great service. Tipped them £10 which they where very happy with. One last thing we liked is Cotswold gave in the product description the exact paint colour match to help with room decorating. Would 100% recommend and buy from Cotswold again.”

“We have been buying COTSWOLD furniture for a long time now, in store and on line. We simply can't fault their quality, design and value for money!!! The expanding ranges, durability and exciting new shades are really worth looking at. And the STAFF. AB FAB! And yes I am a real live (I think!) customer. “We had the delivery of our cabinet moved up to express, which was a nice surprise and then were given 10% if we ordered another item within 14 days, so we have ordered a coffee table, which is currently out of stock but which will then be express delivered as soon as it becomes available. They come fully assembled, which is a huge help!”

“I ordered a Bourton Painted Welsh Dresser & a Farmhouse Painted Hall Bench. I was able to select a day suitable for me for delivery. Both items arrived in excellent condition and in the time slots given. I am very pleased with both and recommend the Cotswold Company for their excellent service and beautiful well made furniture.”
