“I was so surprise when received a phone call no let me know that I order 2 items by separate as I made a mistake so they confirmed that would refund my postage for the second item if was ok to send items together ! well what can I say I was complete surprise for the outstanding service. “This company’s response to put right an appalling service by the Royal Mail was impeccable. The ‘missing’ parcel that was allegedly delivered (but not) was replaced immediately and communication was great. Despite the issues with RM I would not hesitate to use this company again”
