“Well what can I say, was very impressed to receive a call shortly after i placed my order online to discuss my order/if had used the product before and how should apply it etc. Friendly and professional service. I’ve only been using the product for a few days so that is the only reason I knocked one star but am looking forward to hopefully seeing some results! Would definitely use Derma Company again - excellent customer service and product arrived in post the next day (on Christmas Eve!).”

Hi Chris Thanks for your feedback, we would love to include some more samples in packages however Environ no longer produce any samples for the range! Instead they are looking at a more environmentally friendly option with larger 'trial sizes' rather than the 1-2ml samples previously produced. “I have used The Derma Company for a few years now for Environ products. Very good to deal with. Before Covid phoning in for orders was brilliant and quick; they got to know you well so customer service very good. Now ordering online is just as good and delivery is quick and efficient. I trust the company with authenticity of products and pricing is competitive but can always be improved with more specials. Will continue to recommend and use.”
