“Excellent product and priced competitively. Sadly there is a fee to post if under £50, which is a little step considering a single product purchased was £41 - meaning I had to buy two 😝 anyway, will look for a cheaper broker cause this would cost me a fortune going forward, a shame really cause otherwise excellent xxx”

Hi Carolyn, thanks for leaving us a review, we really appreciate it. We currently despatch all orders via DPD which are the only Co2 neutral courier & all packaging the items are shipped with also have the lowest impact on the environment by either being re-used or highly recyclable paper-based. DPD also offer a very reliable & convenient 1 hour time slot for delivery. Although this service is more expensive than many others for us to ship by, we feel that these credentials make it worth-while & we have set our minimum for free shipping as low as possible based on this. “Products arrived on time and nicely packaged. The pump on the cleanser does not work so I have to open the top manually to access the cream, which is a bit annoying. Too much effort to send it back.”

“The Dermacompany is amazing!!! I never heard of them before until searching for a lipgloss that I've used for years. It's been hella hard to find and when I did it was out of stock EVERYWHERE I found this website and although it was out of stock I got an email from the lovely Erin to tell me that there's another lipgloss from the same brand that was stocked if I'd like to try which I must say is 10/10 customer service to go above and beyond for someone like that is truly amazing. It was then shipped same day and came within TWO DAYS! So happy. Highly recommend.”

Hi Clare Thanks for your lovely feedback :) Currently we only choose to send via DPD for their overall reliability, convenience (1-hour time slot) & Co2 neutral status. In order to offer cheaper delivery options this would come at some other expenses, less visibility of your products in transit, higher Co2 emissions etc. We do however offer free shipping on orders over £50, hopefully you understand our decision to continue to deliver with a premium partner right now.
