“So it was a very easy & smooth process, ordered at 3:10pm arrived literally the next day, my only gripe was that the products from medik8 were not sealed & they usually are, which made me nervous about authenticity”

Hi Jessica, Thanks for your positive review, we have been an authorised Medik8 stockist for over 15 years. The vast majority of the range does not feature a safety seal, only a small number of products from the range such as the glass bottled serums eg Hydr8 B5, Intelligent Retinol Serums, C-Tetra Serum & the cleanser tubes have a seal over the top of the bottle or cap. Although we agree that a safety seal would be preferred, we don't have control over the manufacture of the range so it's not within our control that this is not in place. In almost all cases any additional gifts that may be added based on a promotion will show in your basket at the time of ordering. “Always love ordering from here. But it would be nice if you offered samples before trying certain creams etc.. especially as the products aren’t cheap. I feel free shipping should be over £45”

“Tad expensive for the barely filled tester pot but to be honest that was all I really needed. Fantastic business model to help me figure out what shade of makeup I am that I could find nowhere else online or in stores, so you've saved me a ton of money/waste. Couldn't believe it when I received within 24 hours of ordering too!”
