“Bought a heart shaped diamond necklace, wore the necklace twice, second time the chain broke and the expensive diamond pendant fell off. Thank goodness I saw it had fallen and picked it up. I raised the poor quality of the chain with customer services but was brushed off. Why sell a diamond pendant with a cheap chain? Makes no sense. I now have to pay extra for a good quality gold chain.”
