“We have only just got to use the bark collar for the first time as she don't bark unless someone is here and the she never stops I knew my brother was coming so I put it in my dog and she barked a couple of times and then yelped and never barked again I took the collar off and she still never barked we are very happy with the results”

“My pup didn't know where it came from but she learnt very quickly and also her behaviour all in all just not the spoilt brat attitude but all round better behaviour. She still is a happy puppy and the collar was only on for one afternoon. Taken off for 3 weeks then on for a weekend as barking crept in but now just a little growl at the walkers passing by but no naughty barking for attention.”

“The ladies at the dog line were a MASSIVE help. The training collar we received for our Beagle has honestly changed our life it is like she is a new beagle so much more well behaved. The ladies went above and beyond for me as i spoke to someone online when I was ordering as I needed the collar within under a week as the trainer was coming out so she advised me to get express post. I made my order and received a phone call later that day saying the collar I ordered unfortunately was out of stock and they would be happy to send out another collar at the same price as they knew I needed it quickly it was posted out that day and I received it a day later ! how’s that for customer service. Very glad I purchased from the dog line the product is life changing and the customer service was fantastic ! Would definitely purchase of the dog line again.”

“Wonderful service, thank you!! The remote collar I ordered went out of stock due to a rush of orders. Carmen called and emailed to let me know, and offered express shipping when it came in stock. The stock was a little later than expected so she popped in some treats for Dash as well. I was SO pleased with the service and the collar. We're already having some great success improving Dash's behaviour. I can't wait to see how we progress!!”

“Before the Et-300 collar, my partner and I felt hopeless in our efforts to train our 9 month shepherd kelpie cross. He has no food motivation and it was like pulling teeth trying to get his attention. Before we tried slip leads and even using raw meat as treats and there was no response in him. This collar has improved his focus and response dramatically and it has been a breath of fresh air for us. Using the dog line site was easy enough although it seems a bit busy visually. I chatted a few times with dogline’s team members as my item was out of stock and they kept me updated on its arrival and threw in free express shipping and a dog chew pack. I was very happy with the overall experience with the dogline!”

“I placed my order over a long weekend. I was contacted after the long weekend via phone to inform me that because Monday was a public holiday the product would not be shipped until the Tuesday. I was already expecting that but it was a great personal touch. Items arrived quickly and well packaged.”

“we have been using our sport dog sbc-r collars for over a week & have worked perfectly, as our dogs don't even attempt to bark for a while after the collars have been removed, we had cheaper collars before which we had to charge daily but they still bark at time with them on, highly recommend The Dog Line for ease of use of the web site with great product details, did have to wait for a week for dispatch as out of stock but got a friendly call to inform us which was great to be keep in the loop well done The Dog Line”

“Hi We bought the collar to encourage our wolf hound to stop barking at people walking past in the evenings. Allready after a week we have found it has changed his behavior around this time of the day. Very happy with the product.”
