“The collars we got for 3 dogs have been great, Harvey didn’t even cross the dog line when the gate was open and the battery in his collar was dead. Communication is great as well and shipping is pretty quick from WA to QLD, very highly recommended”

“Awesome and very helpful. The Dog Line went through some different options for a boundary system and has worked a treat. my rotti took to the training within 10 minutes and now sits back from open gates. Great product, highly recommend”

“My new partner had a Beagle x Spaniel who was an absolute nightmare. She was uncontrollable and very dominant, she could not be lead and could not go off a lead without taking off. We live on a large farm and this put her and our other dogs at risk. Any humans meant nothing to her she would run off when being called. This was not her fault, it had been a lack of leadership, but at 8 years of age she was a handful. We used the training collar from The Dog Line and within a short amount of time we had a new dog. She sits, she listens, she can go for walks on the farm off lead and she isn't out of control. She now respects humans and the commands given to her and is eager to please. Most of all she is a more peaceful dog within herself. Thank you to the team at The Dog Line. Sanity was restored!”

“A great result, the bark collar I got is very effective. I needed it to control my dogs barking. I have 2 dogs but only 1 of them need to be trained. She barks constantly, starts barking at 5am until late morning; they bark at people. I started getting complaints from the neighbours and was worried that the shire would get involved. My biggest concern was that the electric shock would hurt my dog, but after watching the videos I thought I would give it a try. The training was easy to follow and my dog settled in nicely. Now; she’s so much better; I dont need to worry that neighbors anymore. Also I no longer use it always; just selective like every 2 months or when we have occasions. As for the battery; I just charge it often and that is the only effort on my end; other than that he collar is very helpful and the owner. Colin too is very kind and helpful.”

“Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I had so many questions and nothing was too much trouble, even the owner of the company took his time to face time me (on a Sunday too). Our gorgeous German Shepherd has had trouble coming to terms with the arrival of my son's cat in the house! Whenever she sees the cat at the window from my son's room she will go crazy barking, and drives us crazy. We allow her outside in the day - and again if the cat appeared in the back window she would jump up and bark so loudly - we were so worry that the neighbours would complain. One day she jumped up barking at the cat and actually smashed the window - fortunately we were home but we could have had two very injured pets on our hands. We knew we had to do something and so a friend had recommended the dog collar they had got from the Dog Line. My 14 yo daughter was hesitant about using this on the dog, but the staff even spoke to her and assured her and she was happy about it. They really were so patient with us. More importantly - IT WORKED! Our German Shepherd is no longer barking crazily every time Puss in Boots appears and we don't have to worry about our poor neighbours and more importantly we can allow Sandy to play in the back garden without worrying about windows being smashed and not having to barricade the windows! Thank you so much everyone at the DogLine and Colin for sharing your valuable time on a Sunday to facetime us, and to assure my daughter that we were acting in EVERYONE'S best interest. I highly recommend anyone thinking of a dog collar to speak to the Dogline who will talk you through which product is most suitable for you. Best $$$ have every spent on a product. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE.”

“When we did our research about a virtual fence for our new pooch, there were a lot to choose from. Why we went with ‘The Dog Line’, had a lot to do with the reviews from customers. With our experience over the past 3 years being so positive, we felt we wanted to give back to Colin and his team. We are in QLD, the ’The Dog Line’ based in WA. This made no difference. The service is top-notch, the product entirely practical and fit for purpose. It has given us complete peace of mind and our family would be lost without it. Colin even picked up my call at 4pm on Christmas Eve and stepped me through how to set up the system at my parents house ready for Christmas! He should have had a beer in hand, but this is testament to his service and commitment. Thanks Colin”

“My experience using the Petsafe barking collar is good for start my dog stop barking for awhile. However, after few days the collar is not working anymore. I checked everything it’s fully charged but no longer effective my dog is barking while using it. :(”

“Living on a property closer to a main road with no fence this has been a game changer! Both our dogs learned the boundaries within days and knows exactly where they need to stop. They no longer wear the collar and still wait patiently at the line!”

“We were recommended to call The Dog Line by our trainer and we are so glad we did. They were so helpful on the phone, talking us through the options. We decided to rent the training collar and it arrived quickly. In the first 10 minutes, our 7 month old puppy went from barking at everything to being a lot more calm. This has continued and now 4 weeks down the track and she is a different dog. We were very hesitant at the start, however our dog is responding so well and doesn’t even notice the collar is on. Has reduced barking significantly and has caused our dog to be more calm. The service was prompt, informed and so helpful, with no judgement.”
