Our little Jack Russell is a social butterfly and I think he has been rescued off the street by just about everyone in the neighbourhood!! Dog line has kept him safely on our property and reassured us that he is safe.

Great service with a follow up phone call and quick delivery of the anti barking collar. Early days but we’ve seen some real improvement in our dog’s behaviour already. Neighbourly relations will hopefully be restored....

Reasonably quick transport. The instructions were easy to follow but hard to read, minuscule print font. The device works as advertised, but the citronella spray doesn't seem to affect him. The device does spray a mist, I see his head shy away, for an instant, then its back to barking, regardless of the citronella. I'm trying to synchronise my use of verbal commands, the citronella device and a sonic device, to achieve the desired aim of barking as a warning, when needed, a single woof when alerting me, and not much other barking.

Amazing service and incredible delivery time. First order was missing a part. I contacted The Dog Line and had a response within an hour and replacement on the way. I'm in a rural area in TAS so expected a delivery from WA to take three days at the least. Replacement arrived less than 24 hours later! No charge to me to return the other product. Seriously wowed by the customer service, product works as described.

Best thing ever , stopped my dog digging under our fence she is now staying right away from the fence, she had tried twice getting a hit and that's all it took. Best investment for peace of mind.

I have had the dog line pet barrier 1200 electric fence for a year .. has been the best investment ever. I have surrounded our 2.5 acre property and my staffy is now able to roam freely. She used to go on the road and bring back road kill on a regular basis ... just such a relief to not have the worry of her getting out (gate always open as well) well worth the $

Oh Dog Line you have saved our sanity. Living in the bush our beloved canine spent more time barking at possums than we spent sleeping. Now, we all get a good nights slumber.

Complaints from the neighbours about our dog barking prompted research into bark collars. We had used one with some success on a previous dog and thought it would do the trick with our 9 month old German Shepherd. The Dog Line site was easy to navigate and delivery was prompt. Unfortunately our stubborn ( not so)little miss thinks its a joke. She yelps at a shock but continues to bark. It is hard to know if the intensity is increasing and she does not appear to associate the sting with the barking. Disappointed with the purchase. I hope other customers have better outcomes

Very happy with the service and the fact my call was answered and help given first time .I have 3 rescue puppas one from RSPCA that was homed 4 times before he was 18 mths ,he's my rock my companion I have server issues due to certain circumstances ,also have a border collie from a dv situation she is not brain active from abuse my baby chase is a dingo that had 6 hrs before he was going to be out to sleep ,on a plane he was put from nth Queensland and I've had him since Jan ,he's gorgeous gentle and loving .I've had to buy and build alot because of him ( he's worth it ) he's my baby .

worst customer service ever experienced. i was hung up on when i was telling Diklan over the phone that my dog was becoming aggressive with the electric collar on.

The worst service I've ever seen. Dog line do not honour the 3 year warranty. The second collar i got from them broke and they refused to replace it.

Initially I had a problem with my bark collar purchase and it did take way to long to receive, but once the business owner "Colin" heard about my problem he was quick to contact me and resolve the issue straight away. I am now happy that I purchased through "The Dog Line". Ken

Kimba is a great guard dog! She protects our yard with great tenacity... however the neighbors do not appreciate that this comes with barking... Which also happens when dogs in neighborhoods miles away tell her that something is up... She barks a lot. Especially at the dogs next door through the fence... They have wonderful conversations, all day long. The neighbors REALLY don't like that... so we have been reported to the ranger a few times... This led me to researching anti-bark collars. I originally purchased a second hand dog-line collar. It worked wonders for a few months, and then I needed to have the battery changed. At which point my relationship with the company began. They are AMAZING! The collar I had bought was a very old model, but they changed the battery and provided wonderful, friendly and super fast customer service while they were at it! I bought a new model collar recently because the old one worked so well and I wanted that reliability again (It ran out of battery after about 3 years and so I figured it's time to spring for a new one). We can now hear the birds sing in the morning and I can focus on my uni lectures during the day because there is no constant incessant barking happening all day every day - THANK YOU THE DOG LINE!! :D
